This service is perfect for a client who is getting married at a full-service venue. | Month-Of Coordination is the perfect service for couples who desire to handle the entire planning process themselves but want to hand over the reins prior to the big day. Coordinators Dedicated to Making Your Day Perfect
We are very happy with the services provided by Voltaire Luxe Co. for our Nigerian and American weddings (300 people)! From the moment we brought them on board just 90 days before our big day, they started transforming our vision into reality with a level of professionalism and grace that exceeded our expectations. Our package included one main coordinator to help us with pre-wedding details and two additional coordinators on the wedding day itself. Our main coordinator worked tirelessly to ensure that every detail was meticulously planned, offering invaluable advice and seamless coordination. Their experience and strong network of vendors allowed us to make last-minute requests with ease, which was a huge relief during the final stretch of planning - HUGE. On the day of the wedding, Voltaire Luxe Co. brought their A-game. They had one coordinator managing the wedding and reception venue, another dedicated to the groomsmen, and a third focused on the bridesmaids and me. Despite the complexity of coordinating a large wedding party of around 20 people, things went well. The one area of improvement they could make is making sure the coordinator assigned to the groomsmen is as assertive as he needs to be in order to communicate expectations - especially with large bridal parties. However, it is hard to coordinate such a large group, so we understand. Nonetheless, they kept the event on schedule and handled every hiccup that came their way with calm professionalism and a reassuring presence. What truly set them apart was their ability to resolve issues that went beyond the usual scope of their role. Their resourcefulness and commitment to ensuring our day was perfect was evident throughout. Whether it was a last-minute vendor request or a logistical challenge, they tackled every issue with a positive attitude and quick thinking. Thanks to Voltaire Luxe Co., our wedding day was everything we had dreamed of and more. Their expertise, attention to detail, and exceptional service made a world of difference, and we couldn't be more grateful. I've worked numerous weddings with Voltaire Luxe Co. Their planning services are top notch and tailored for each couple. As a DJ they make my life super easy, they schedule the calls with the clients, collect all the key information I need. On the day of they make everything seamless with a full team covering all the bases. I've also had the opportunity to see the design products where Voltaire Luxe Co. transforms any venue into a luxurious experience with amazing colors and setups. I highly recommend them to any couple!

When my husband and I decided to have a destination wedding, we knew right away that we would need help since we were both working and parenting our autistic daughter, hiring Stephanie and her team at Voltaire Luxe & Co was the best decision that we’ve ever made. Stephanie had captured my vision about my dream wedding and made it come to life. Stephanie was so attentive to my wants and needs, she created a vision board that included everything I requested and even more. She had established a good working relationship with my travel agent, the hotel team and the vendors, everything was so well coordinated . Stephanie made everything sound and look effortless despite all the last minute changes that we made, she had managed to make everything work. Having a destination wedding with over 200 guest was no small task and during the end of the Covid pandemic, with the travels restrictions constantly changing, it was really a challenge. Stephanie and her team went above and beyond coordinating my wedding I barely lifted a finger, except for packing my wedding dress. She traveled with the seating chart, name tags, welcome bags, personalized dance floor, etc. overall my wedding was a big success, we were very pleased with the decor, the food, wedding cake and all the attention to the little details that I have requested. we were very satisfied on how well Stephanie handled everything. We will definitely recommend Stephanie and her team at Voltaire Luxe & Co. to plan anyone’s big event.
