Founded in 1814, The West Boylston Company was a large textile manufacturer in West Boylston, MA. At the turn of the century the company faced a crisis: the site of their mill would be flooded to form the Wachusett Reservoir. Instead of abandoning the mill, the company dismantled it brick by brick and shipped it to its new home in Easthampton, where it was rebuilt on the banks of the Lower Mill Pond. Now, a century later, The Boylston Rooms retains the integrity of the 1814 original mill in every brick and beam. Our rental includes planners and decor at no added cost. This extraordinary Tudor Revival mansion tucked away on Bay State Road, a hidden gem just beyond the bustle of the city and overlooking the Charles River. Completed in 1915, its lavishly furnished and meticulously maintained interior features mahogany paneling, beamed ceilings, a massive fireplace, and crystal chandeliers.

The Huntington is Boston’s leading professional theatre and one of the region’s premier cultural assets. The building holds two large rental spaces, with additional lobby and catering areas. The Huntington Theatre is a 739-seat proscenium-style theatre, regularly used for performances and events. On the second floor of the west wing, is the Maso Studio, a fully convertible black box space, with a maximum seating capacity of 227. In 1945, Cabot's niece Eleanor Cabot Bradley acquired Cherry Hill Farm and lived there with her husband until its bequest to The Trustees of Reservations in 1991. Mrs. Bradley made some notable additions to the property, including a greenhouse and a studio. Today, the Bradley Estate is open to the public and the house and grounds host special occasions for both private and corporate clients.
