About this venue

We have two banquet rooms. The larger of the two, the Berkshire room, has a capacity of 100-350 (minimum of 150 on a Saturday and 100 on any other day of the week). The smaller of the two, the Westfield room, has a capacity of 50-150 people (minimum of 100 people on a Saturday and 50 any other day of the week). We also have a beautiful outdoor ceremony space with the option to host an inside ceremony as well.

Tekoa made everything come to life with my wedding. They got everything set up (and I brought a lot of stuff LOL) beautifully and the day went by without any problems! Jennifer is amazing as well& the day wouldn't have been the same without her!

I have been working with Tekoa Country Club for many years and have been very impressed with the service and attention to detail at this venue. Beautiful ceremony site, large renovated hall and professional, friendly staff. Food is great too. I have also experienced this venue from a guest perspective and always an enjoyable event and fun experience.

There is a not a room fee associated with using the banquet rooms here at Tekoa. There is a 20% house charge applied to the per person charge for food and beverage which is the equivalent of a room fee, but it is a more fluid charge which only requires you to pay for the number of guests you have, rather than a flat fee.

A non refundable deposit of $1,000 is required to reserve a date. Then a $1,500 non-refundable deposit is due 3 months after the date of booking. Finally, a $1,500 non-refundable deposit is due 6 months before the wedding and the remainder of the balance is due 10 days before the wedding.

No they are not included in the prices listed. All prices are subject to a 20% house charge, 10% gratuity, and 7% tax.

Yes, we have an indoor moveable ceremony site arch that can be set up in the same room as your reception or the other banquet room (if it is available). The decision to move the ceremony inside will be made a couple hours before the ceremony on the day of the wedding.

Menu Tastings may be arranged through your wedding coordinator. All menu tastings must be requested and approved by your coordinator and are subject to Chef availability. A maximum number of 6 guests are complimentary.

Your wedding coordinator will guide you through the planning stages, menus selections, rehearsal & ceremony and through your reception. In addition to your Wedding Coordinator, the Banquet Supervisor will oversee your event.

All vendors and decorators may have access to the room or ceremony site two hours prior to the start of the wedding.

Unfortunately, we do not allow outside food - it goes against our food license. It is required for you to use our in-house chef and his team in order to book your event with us.

Our peak season is from April-November

Our off peak season is December-March

We do not allow outside alcohol based on out liquor license.

Yes, we have a lot of free parking available.

We are wheelchair accessible to enter the building, move around, and use the bathrooms.
