About this venue

Experience the charm and elegance of our classic country estate wedding and event venue. Discover the perfect backdrop for your special day, surrounded by picturesque Nestled in the secluded countryside of Holden, Massachusetts. Stonehouse is over 125 years old, built in the late 1800’s. It was originally built as a stucco home, in what was an area of parceled farms. Over time, the house was expanded and was eventually converted into a stone estate. The house fell into disrepair and in 1994, came into our guardianship. We have been working ever since to return it to its former glory. Stonehouse, with its arched windows, and open porches, would serve as a picturesque backdrop for any function. We have a luxurious indoor space that accommodates 70 guests. For weddings exceeding 70 guests your even takes place in a pristine Century Pole tent. *Stonehouse On The Hill requires you book one of our approved caterers for food and beverages for your event.*

We got married here in late Fall 2021. My husband and I wanted to support local businesses in a private setting and Stonehouse allowed us to do just that! We received so many compliments on the location, meal, and overall reception. This place truly is a hidden gem right outside of Worcester.

My husband and I got married at Stonehouse On The Hill in October 2007. The whole day from start to finish was a fairytale. The guests still rave about how beautiful the property was and how much fun they all had dancing the night away. You cannot beat fall in New England. If you want an unforgettable, romantic, unique wedding Stonehouse is for you!
