Originally a cow and poultry farm, the previous owners had run the property as a winery before Rick purchased it in May of 2017. After seeing the property, its luscious landscape, and the rustic charm of the original buildings, Rick had a vision. He saw the property transformed into a modern, chic space that maintained the history and character of the original farm. More importantly, he imagined bringing others’ visions to life with a beautiful and unique setting for weddings and private events.

The historic Liriodendron mansion, built in 1898, was the summer residence of Dr. Howard A. Kelly, one of the four founding physicians of Johns Hopkins Hospital. Sold to Harford County in the late 1970s, the mansion now operates as a historic, cultural, educational, and recreational facility, managed by the nonprofit Liriodendron Foundation, Inc. A hidden treasure nestled in the woods, edged with flower and boxwood gardens. Celebrate your special day here and create beautiful memories for hosts and guests alike.

Our secret garden was once home to William Paca, a signer of the Declaration of Independence, Governor of Maryland and local lawyer. Hold your ceremony in front of our Summerhouse on the Bowling Green while your guests take in the view. The Paca House and Garden is located just blocks from the Maryland State House, The United States Naval Academy and Annapolis City Dock. Our tented terraces can accommodate seated events up to 120 guests or cocktail style up to 180 guests.

Conveniently located in Wilmington, Delaware, The Farmhouse is family owned and operated and hosts one event per day. The historical estate boasts a beautiful outdoor ceremony site underneath romantic willow trees & four acres of manicured grounds and gardens. Hosting up to 190 guests, the Farmhouse offers numerous indoor spaces for your event including the bright and open main terrace hall, indoor lounge and bar, dressing suites and more. Outside, a large wrap around deck and patio overlook the gazebo bar & gardens. The Farmhouse is proud to be a women-owned business, still managed by the fourth generation of the Murray family. As a small family-run business, the Farmhouse provides a personal touch and flexibility in hosting your dream wedding.

This historic estate sits on a secluded the 23 acre East Lake. The mansion can sleep up to 14 guests overnight. Minimum night stay is 2 nights unless the wedding guest list is under 35. We can accommodate up to 50 guests in the mansion for small indoor weddings. Tents and rentals and catering are by our selected vendors and we can assist with all of your wedding needs from music to flowers to makeup artists and hairstylists.

Greektown Square & Event Center is an elegant wedding venue based in Baltimore. Hagley Museum and Library is an historic wedding venue in Wilmington, Delaware. The venue is located on the property of a nineteenth-century estate, the original home of the du Pont family, now home to Hagley Museum. With 235 acres of grassy meadows, towering trees, and historic heirloom gardens along the banks of the Brandywine River, you're sure to capture incredible photos of your special day. Your personal on-site day of coordinator and bridal hostess will be with you throughout your event to assist with anything you may need.

Bellevue State Park offers a variety of gorgeous venues for weddings, bridal showers, rehearsal dinners and more. The relaxed and flexible spaces provide a clear canvas on which to create your dream event. The unique hour glass shape of the Figure 8 Barn was designed by William duPont, Jr. as an indoor horse training facility. The estate was purchased by the State of Delaware in 1976. Enclosed on three sides, the Music Garden is a peaceful oasis while still maintaining access to all that the park has to offer. The timeless stone patio with scattered wrought iron tables and chairs is shaded by a large veranda supporting a trailing wisteria vine. Take a step back in time at the Mount Pleasant Meeting House. There are multiple indoor and outdoor locations for your ceremony and reception. Several movies have been filmed here, including Cry Baby with Johnny Depp, and Will Smith and Jada Pinkett were married here on New Years' Eve in 1997!

Belmont Manor is a restored 1738 era historic site with extensive gardens and outbuildings, perfect for the quintessential garden wedding. We are considered an outdoor venue. Nestled on 68 acres of rolling green hills, this 18th Century property offers warm hospitality. Belmont Manor is a Howard County Park. Howard County Recreation and Park guidelines apply that are different from privately owned venues. The Park provides the location and property amenities while the Permit Holder provides all vendors, including an approved full-service Caterer and Wedding Coordinator.
