This historic estate sits on a secluded the 23 acre East Lake. The mansion can sleep up to 14 guests overnight. Minimum night stay is 2 nights unless the wedding guest list is under 35. The Anthony Wayne House, also known as Waynesborough, is maintained by The Philadelphia Society for the Preservation of Landmarks, a non-profit organization dedicated to the preservation of unique historic sites and the creation of related educational and cultural programming. When you rent the Anthony Wayne House for your special event, a portion of proceeds goes towards maintaining the historic house and its collections, preserving the building and its surrounding properties for the education and enjoyment of the public.

Howard County Recreation and Park guidelines apply that are different from privately owned venues. The Park provides the location and property amenities while the Permit Holder provides all vendors, including an approved full-service Caterer and Wedding Coordinator.
