Your dedicated planning team will take care of all the heavy lifting when it comes to planning your wedding day. From floor plans to timelines, we have you covered. We want it to be your choice on how hands on (or off) you want to be. We understand that you have lives, jobs, friends, and the typical wedding takes about 500 hours to plan start to finish for a non-professional first timer! ​You will have access to your dedicated coordinator and planning team from booking to your farewells to ensure every detail you envisioned will be taken care of on your special day. Your personal on-site day of coordinator and bridal hostess will be with you throughout your event to assist with anything you may need.

Belmont Manor is a restored 1738 era historic site with extensive gardens and outbuildings, perfect for the quintessential garden wedding. We are considered an outdoor venue. Nestled on 68 acres of rolling green hills, this 18th Century property offers warm hospitality. Belmont Manor is a Howard County Park. Howard County Recreation and Park guidelines apply that are different from privately owned venues. The Park provides the location and property amenities while the Permit Holder provides all vendors, including an approved full-service Caterer and Wedding Coordinator.

1840s Plaza is an elegant Baltimore event venue with several spaces available for events of any kind, including the Ballroom, City Lites and Cabaret. Located in the historic Jonestown neighborhood, 1840s is just steps away from the Inner Harbor, Restaurant Row at Harbor East, and Little Italy. 1840s Plaza is a hidden gem in the middle of a busy city with devoted staff ready to go above and beyond to ensure a flawless event from beginning to end. The iconic red cast iron façade was one of twelve that survived the great Baltimore fire in 1904 and was restored for the opening of the Baltimore City Life Museum. Rich in history and culture, this venue gives guests a glimpse of Baltimore’s distinct history combined with today’s modern luxuries.

We find that for venue, one of our five approved caterers, photography, entertainment, decorating, and officiant, overall budgets need to start around $15,000 for a ceremony and reception. Greektown Square & Event Center is an elegant wedding venue based in Baltimore. This unique venue features three indoor and outdoor spaces for your celebration -- but serves only one wedding at a time. Celebration Room seats 175 with a private bridal suite, fixed bar, and direct access to the outdoors. This contemporary space is perfect for your ceremony or an intimate reception. The beautiful Grand Ballroom is accentuated with imported European chandeliers, seats 425 with a private bridal suite, fixed bar, raised stage, fixed dance floor, two balconies and direct access to the outdoor space. The spacious Outdoor Courtyard can host up to 800 seated and approximately 2,000 guests for a cocktail reception. The space features a complete Amphitheater with a large raised stage, dance floor and outdoor concession windows. Utilizing all three spaces for their Ceremony, Cocktail Hour and Reception, couples have the freedom to create an awe-inspiring wedding that your guests will never forget!
