• Rental hours are permitted between the hours of 12pm (Noon) and 12am (Midnight). • The minimum number of hours for an event that can be reserved is eight (8). The maximum is twelve (12) • The contracted start and end time must include time needed for setup, breakdown, vendors and bridal party preparations

Manor and Grounds • Exclusive use of the first floor of the manor (accommodates 120 persons), two dressing suites on the second floor, and billiard room on lower level. • Free WI-FI available in the Manor. • Two formal garden options for your ceremony (Aqua Garden and Magnolia Grove) • Lighted ADA brick pathway that extends from the tent to the parking areas. • Warming kitchen and Caterer tent. Reception Tent Our white peaked 60 x 100 reception tent sits atop a brick tent pad and features: • Cathedral window sides • White fabric liner. • 16 Gold chandeliers. • Perimeter lighting. • 12 Perimeter fans. • Electrical bollard.

Belmont has a list of approved full-service Caterers. All Caterers must be approved by Belmont management.

Yes, an Event Coordinator is required.

Due to our rental schedule, Belmont Manor is closed to the public. Rental tours are hosted on select dates and times during normal administrative business hours. Belmont is not a full-service venue and therefore does not host tours on evenings or weekends. Advanced registration is required.
