This historic estate sits on a secluded the 23 acre East Lake. The mansion can sleep up to 14 guests overnight. Minimum night stay is 2 nights unless the wedding guest list is under 35. We can accommodate up to 50 guests in the mansion for small indoor weddings. Pass through the arbor where we will pick up the bride in her choice of three wedding carriages and transport her to the wedding site. After the ceremony, bride and groom are seated in the carriage where guests greet them on their way to the reception area. Our outdoor ceremony site overlooks a horse pasture under the trees where your guests are seated comfortably. Rain? No problem! Our reception tent has a carpeted area for indoor ceremony in case of inclement weather. After the ceremony, we will take you by carriage to the beautifully lit reception site. The venue is located on the property of a nineteenth-century estate, the original home of the du Pont family, now home to Hagley Museum.
