Paul and Gwen bought a raw piece of farmland in 2003 with a vision to start a retail nursery just outside of Monroe Wa. Paul with his amazing vision, creativity, and hard work, started piecing together a beautiful work of art that became Pine Creek Farms and Nursery. A destination nursery that not only serves the Sky Valley but surrounding areas of Everett, Woodinville, Kirkland & Seattle... Naturally, the grounds became a beautiful place to hold special events, and after a handful of smaller events, Paul continued developing his idea of creating a venue that would provide an amazing garden setting for larger celebrations!

The Gardens at FranMo Urban Farm offer a park-like setting abound with 100's of seasonal trees and plants creating dozens of places to capture stunning photographs. The Gardens offer a variety of unique staging locations, each surrounded by a never-ending montage of natural backdrops -- evergreens, deciduous trees, and seasonal flowering plants. Fremont Abbey is our main venue at 43rd & Fremont Avenue North in Seattle. The 1914 building was reopened in 2008 after undergoing major renovations including seismic, design, environment & visual improvements. As of 2023, we have installed a brand new HVAC system with air filtration and air-conditioning to our main upstairs hall. Now a beautiful & welcoming multi-use venue with a warm vintage style, the Abbey welcomes up to 250 people for events of many varieties including nonprofit galas, private weddings, receptions, parties, meetings, workshops, classes and more. We view weddings as an artistic, creative, community-celebrated gathering centered around the love and commitment of two people. The MV Skansonia is Seattle’s premier waterfront venue. It also offers a full kitchen for any catering requirements, as well as a thorough sound system. For smaller ceremonies, the Greenlake studio, at 1,000 square feet, is equally suitable. This venue has two smaller rooms which can be used as “getting-ready rooms” and a warm, inviting lobby. Inside the studio, you can find an impressive wall of mirrors. Imperia Lake Union is situated in former historic Lake Union Café, originally built in 1927 and converted to an event venue over 20 years ago. A 6,000 square foot private event space overlooking Lake Union from the Eastlake neighborhood of Seattle, Imperia features 10-foot chandeliers, copper ceilings, a built-in dance floor, gourmet menus, premium florals, incredible staff, and so much more.
