The MV Skansonia by Landmark Event Co is a historic waterfront venue in Seattle, offering stunning views of the Emerald City skyline. Built in 1929, this wooden ferry once carried passengers between Vashon Island and Point Defiance before being permanently docked on Lake Union for events. The venue accommodates 175 seated guests and 200 standing. The Wallingford Venue is ideal for larger events at 4,500 square feet. Overlooking the stunning Lake Union, the studio, which offers beautiful, polished wood flooring, a grand stage, and homey, understated elegance, is a lovely backdrop for your ceremony or reception. It also offers a full kitchen for any catering requirements, as well as a thorough sound system. For smaller ceremonies, the Greenlake studio, at 1,000 square feet, is equally suitable. This venue has two smaller rooms which can be used as “getting-ready rooms” and a warm, inviting lobby. Inside the studio, you can find an impressive wall of mirrors.
