With the beauty of Lake Winnipesaukee at our doorstep, Brewster Academy offers the Pinckney Boathouse and adjacent Palazzo Field as a venue for weddings and other events. Located on the shores of Lake Winnipesaukee, the view makes Brewster a popular location for weddings. If you are planning on a smaller, intimate wedding you may choose to rent out the Pinckney Boathouse only. If you are having a larger gathering you have the option of renting the boathouse and the adjacent field. Included in your rental fee with the Pinckney Boathouse are tables and chairs. We do not supply tables and chairs for outdoor events. **Please note, Brewster only hosts weddings from June-August**

The Watson homestead was established in Hiram, Maine in 1785 and is the oldest house in Oxford County. Located on 28 acres of rolling fields, soaring pine forests, stone walls and 1250 ft of Saco River frontage the house has been lovingly restored with an eye to historical integrity . From the beginning, the property has been operating as a greenhouse. In fact, in the 1800’s, Highland Farm was the largest supplier of cut flowers in the Northeast.
