We have something for everyone at your wedding! Treat your friends and family to a weekend of campfires and lakeside beach parties. With a variety of waterfront activities, field sports, and traditional camp fun, it’s sure to be a weekend to remember. Having your own 100-acre private lakeside resort for the weekend makes a great wedding venue. It gives you and your guests a chance to spend quality time with each other, beyond the constraints of a typical 5-hour wedding reception. Our site, facilities, and setting match almost any wedding venue in the northeast, and our food and customer service is outstanding.

Our Boat Pier wedding site is just feet from the shoreline of Lake Ossipee, with an impressive backdrop of the Ossipee Mountain Range. This popular setting is also next to our main dining lodge, complete with a lakeside deck – a perfect setting for your cocktail hour and reception.

Step through the doors into our dining room and you’ll be transported into a beautifully decorated pine-paneled dining room. A huge stone fireplace centers the room and adds to the timeless appeal of this beautiful room.

Sandy Beach

Many beach-loving couples are drawn to Sandy Beach, with its panoramic view of Lake Ossipee and long stretch of golden sand. Set with an arbor just steps from the water, a spectacular spot leads to wonderful memories and wonderful photographs to capture them.

Choosing Camp Cody as our wedding venue was a huge decision and an excellent choice. Anna was so helpful throughout the process, and Dora was amazing weekend of–I never saw her standing still. The venue is so gorgeous, and being able to host our friends and family for a whole weekend made everything go by more slowly, with plenty of opportunities to connect with everyone. The Capture the Flag game we held morning of was a big highlight. The food was INCREDIBLE, and our guests haven’t stopped commenting on it. Everyone says you don’t eat at your wedding, and you better believe that was not true for us. As a person with a lot of food allergies, I’ve never felt more cared for and accommodated, and it was amazing to have that for our guests as well. In one notable moment, my cousin with celiac jumped with joy at the prospect of having gluten free pancakes and french toast for breakfast. The accommodations were comfortable, even in 30-40 degree temps overnight, the heat really works! Staying on site and not having to run around everywhere looking for everything and everyone made a big difference as someone without a planner. Also, arranging folks in cabins was not as stressful as we expected it to be. With our smaller wedding, we had plenty of space to spread people out. We are available from the end of August through mid June for weddings. We typically book in advance of a year out for events.

Absolutely! This is a great cost savings for our couples. We do not charge a corkage, but do require that you use a licensed and insured bartending company if you choose to serve hard liquor at any point over the weekend.

We have a great selection of food packages to choose from that are charged in addition to the site fee. We do not offer beverage packages, but encourage you to source and bring in your own.

We have plenty of indoor bathroom facilities in our reception spaces. No need to rent extras!

We provide all reception ware, with the exception of table cloths and napkins. We provide almost everything you need for a spectacular event, but some couples do choose to rent items such as chairs to fit their vision for the event.

Yes, but we do require all couples to provide us with their own Certificate of Liability Insurance.

With multiple lodges and indoor spaces we have the capacity to move things inside quickly, easily and with no stress!

Our staff will take care of most of the event space set up and break down for both the ceremony and reception sites. We’ll set your tables, place centerpieces and ensure that the space is both functional and beautiful. In the cases where couples add a lot of their own decor to existing set ups, we’ll ask you to help in making sure that is removed at the end of the weekend.
