We worked with Tiffany C from Mostest. Firstly, she did all the unglamorous, necessary parts of managing vendors and didn't let anything slip through the cracks. Helped us compose a perfect run of show and checked not a single thing was forgotten. She also helped bring things to our attention where we had underthought our planned approach, helping create so many personal, special details for the eventual day. Tiffany was extremely personable and friendly and a joy to work with. Beyond the logistics, the advice on wedding etiquette and what was worth our time to focus on, she was also an island of calm with a strong perspective when details were flying like mad. On the day of she wrangled our family like a pro, setup our centerpieces, and was just generally a force of nature in being the schedule source of truth and making sure we had everything we needed to be happy all day. Literally the second after I got engaged, my mom sent me Andi's contact information, which she received from a mutual friend that had high praise praise for Musa Weddings. In a few days, Andi and I had set up a call and were signing a contract to work together. Whereas, the other planners that I contacted never got back to me. From our first conversation on, Andi and her team were a pleasure and joy to work with. They answered every little question we had, always checked in to ask how we were doing when we sounded stressed, was quick to respond, and was extremely organized. I quickly realized that I would've be lost without her. Her team recommended every vendor, created every timeline, kept up on track in our budget, and so much more. It was such a weight off of our shoulders to know that every vendor her team recommended, were people that she worked with consistently, so we knew they were trustworthy and would provide quality services. During the planning process, we had some requests that were really important to us and she made it all come together so seamlessly. On the day of the wedding, she moved everything along, checked in with vendors, kept the group organized, and made sure everything was running smoothly. She even took some BTS photos and videos to share with us that was amazing to see the next day. Her team was there with me the entire day, while Andi organized the vendors and event space, to support me. I feel like normally you hear people talk about at least one thing going wrong, but I never felt that way. The day after our wedding, I woke up being unable to think of a single thing that went wrong. Our day was truly magical and it was all thanks to Musa. Hiring Musa was THE BEST decision I made in my wedding journey and I've told everyone I know since about her and her amazing team!

Next to marrying each other, hiring DPNAK was by far the BEST wedding decision we made. My wedding was 2 months ago, and as I reflect on the planning process and the wedding weekend itself, I can assuredly say Danielle was worth every penny and then some. I do not know how anyone could stay sane during the planning process or enjoy a seamless wedding day without someone like Danielle. I'm a pretty type B person who has never utilized a calendar/planner/spreadsheet in my life, and I'm also a surgical resident with crazy hours and an unpredictable schedule. EVERY TYPE B BRIDE NEEDS A DPNAK! While her organizational abilities and attention to detail are very impressive, she won't judge you or get frustrated if your own organization skills aren't as strong. There were times when it would take days or weeks for us to respond to an email, and occasionally we would get behind schedule with various planning tasks (our own fault not Danielle's), and instead of getting frustrated with us, she would just send gentle reminders and tips on how to prioritize what we needed to accomplish. DPNAK is also very good at sharing her own opinions/experience-based recommendations without forcing them on you or making you feel dumb if you choose something else. We ultimately did go with Danielle's suggestions 90% of the time, but for the couple of things we did "our way," she happily supported us and helped us execute them perfectly. Danielle was amazing when it came to vendor and venue communication, and multiple vendors commented on how helpful, thorough, and professional all of her communication was. At the rehearsal and on the wedding day, her communication style was the perfect blend of friendly/gentle/funny and firm/assertive. She can seamlessly capture the attention/respect of a room full of people while maintaining a sense of peace/positivity that never made it feel like we were being "bossed around" etc. NOTHING WENT WRONG on my wedding day -- I REPEAT -- NOTHING WENT WRONG!!!!??? Some of that is obviously good luck, but I really truly believe a TON of that is because of the DPNAK team. Everyone warns you that your wedding day will be chaotic or that something will go wrong and you're going to be an anxious mess etc. etc. but we truly had a sense of peace and calmness the entire day knowing that everything would flow seamlessly because of Danielle. Danielle also told us that if anything did go wrong or needed last-minute changes, her team would try to handle it without bothering us, and being protected from any day-of decision-making or damage control was amazing. This is the longest review I have ever written, and I could truly write for ages about our amazing experience with Danielle. Our parents and multiple members of the wedding party commented on how smoothly she ran the wedding weekend and how natural it all seemed for her -- Danielle definitely found her calling. On the wedding day, we tipped Danielle and her team per the standard wedding vendor tip protocols, but we were so blown away by their services that I requested the option to send an additional tip weeks later -- I knew DPNAK was the right choice as soon as our first Zoom meeting ended, and I knew she was amazing throughout the planning process, but her true value really revealed itself on the wedding day and I never could have predicted just how precious her services would be. She is worth every penny and more. Love and miss you DPNAK!!

The absolute best decision I made throughout my entire wedding planning process was hiring Carolina Hatton to help coordinate for our wedding day. I cannot imagine a more organized, thoughtful, and professional planner than Carolina! Carolina and her team went above and beyond from the moment we first spoke through even after our wedding day was over. Not only did she think of every small detail to help our day go smoothly, but her vendor recommendations and connections actually helped us save some money. Carolina worked with all of our vendors to create a foolproof timeline that allowed us to be able to relax, focus on each other, and enjoy our day with friends and family. Wedding planning can be overwhelming sometimes, but Carolina helped us make sure we were asking all the right questions at the right time. I learned later that there actually was an issue with a different vendor the day-of, however, Carolina immediately discussed with my mom and took care of business to solve the problem while ensuring I wasn’t worried about anything on my wedding day. Her team is able to execute difficult tasks at the drop of a hat. I ended up needing a quick bio break right before walking down the aisle, and her team was able to quickly and seamlessly block off a route for me to shuffle to the church bathroom in my huge gown without being seen before the ceremony. Hi! I'm Merida, owner of- you guessed it Events By Merida. Weddings to me are meant to be fun. It's a celebration of the two of you with the important people in your life, and there are no rules about how that's supposed to happen (even officiants can be optional in some states).

Merida is, simply put, absolutely amazing. When we first started planning our wedding, we spent a lot of time going back and forth about whether or not we needed a day-of coordinator. We’re both queer and trans, I’m autistic, and my partner is disabled, so finding vendors who really saw us and could meet us where we were at was hugely important. Merida did that and so much more and now that our wedding is over, we literally don’t know what we would have done without her. She’s excellent at reading people, communicating super clearly, and solving truly any problem. Even though we only booked day-of coordination, as we got closer to the day, she was there for all the crucial moments even when we didn’t ask her to. Aside from the big things (running the rehearsal, managing the timeline, communicating with vendors, setting up, tearing down, steaming our outfits AND our wedding party’s outfits, and on and on…) (all of which would have been MORE than enough), it is the little details where Merida truly goes above and beyond. When my partner was wildly over-stimulated while getting ready, she offered them a hug. When we were misgendered and we weren’t in the room, she corrected people. At the end of the night when we were both exhausted, she went outside and pulled my partner’s car around to the front door and THEN proceeded to load everything in. When I was waiting outside while my partner took some group photos with their friends, she LITERALLY gave me the coat off her back without me even asking (and it was 25 degrees at night and she was wearing a sleeveless jumpsuit). During our first look, she carried around our two giant winter coats and our two huge Squishmallows (that we wanted on hand for pictures) and never for a moment considered putting anything down in case it got dirty. She held our snow machine at the precise angle so we could get the snowy nighttime photos of our dreams, she bought hand warmers for our ceremony without us even asking her to, she took photos on her phone during our ceremony and sent them to us so we could have photos ASAP, she adjusted my dress I don’t even know how many times, and, to top it all off, she was so kind and good-humored the whole day. Our friends and family raved about her and how well she answered all of their questions and how on top of it she was. I literally don’t know how she did all of these things. My working theory is she has a secret identical twin and can therefore be in two places at once, although frankly even two people doesn’t seem like enough. (Maybe secret identical triplets?) In any case, there is no rating system in the world that would let us give Merida enough stars; five is nowhere near enough. We would hire her a thousand times over, and a thousand more times after that.

Akua and her team were a dream, I can't recommend them highly enough! From the moment we first talked, Akua made herself so available and went above and beyond - I was looking for a day-of wedding coordinator, and Akua was actively involved for MONTHS beforehand. Akua was always extremely knowledgeable and struck the perfect balance between giving me all the advice and help I needed while also centring what I wanted. We had our wedding spread out over two days, and I'm sure a ton of things went wrong, but as the bride, I had no idea at all because Akua and her team had such a great handle on things. Where do I begin! I don't think I could write down everything amazing that Oasis did for me in one review. I was personally going through so many life changes and I could not have had my dream wedding without them. The team was extremely prepared for every step of the process and handled the hurdles with grace. The way they dotted their "I" and crossed their "t" with everything on my laundry list of needs was astounding. I had lots of unique visions I wanted for my wedding that Oasis had never worked with before and they handled every new encounter seamlessly. For instance, we had Spanish translation for our guest and their was absolutely no issues. We also got several vendor discounts through Oasis. My main planner was Jewell and her communication was excellent. On the wedding day she brought the whole Oasis team and I didn't have to deal with any planning issues on the day of the wedding. My husband and I were well taken care of. Jewell sacrificed so much for us. She did all the flower arranging (except the bouquets) and her taste in design is impressive and it was such a life saver. WOW! I can not say enough on how appreciative I am of Bari and Antonia. A month before my wedding I realized I desperately needed Day of Coordinators. Bari and Antonia were so responsive and assuring. They took on my wedding with such grace. No request of mine was too much. They travelled all the way to Jersey City from Philly and were so accomodating. They spent time with all our vendors on the day of the wedding, helping set up with the florist and some of my DIY decor. They made sure my ceremony procession ran smoothly. Andree Collective did day-of-coordination for our wedding in October 2024. I’ll admit we felt like we had a pretty simple wedding already and were worried DOC would be excessive, but we took everyone’s advice and hired the day-of-coordinator anyway. Frankly, it was an easy decision to hire them given they’re a social enterprise (the opportunity to deploy a budget for a bigger purpose? I’m sold). Ultimately, we could not imagine our day without their help. We did a lot of DIY on our wedding and had our friends & family step up in some big ways so not only did Andree Collective help ease our stress on our wedding day, they went above and beyond making sure that our friends and families who had roles to play in our day were also comfortable and ready for the day. In addition, besides being incredibly helpful and thoughtful to us (B&G), even our families commented on how much easier and stress-free the day was, because we had Andree Collective around to help make sure everything went smoothly. Just to call out a few of the invaluable tasks they helped with: pre-planning to make sure we were on track in the month leading up to the day by creating the Day-Of-Timeline and doing all the legwork of finalizing details with vendors, showing up early on the Day-Of to make sure everything was situated and set up properly, helping corral family and friends to where they need to be for photos and just generally answering questions so that we didn't have too, helping to herd the cats to their dinner tables, and keeping tabs on what was going on throughout the event and reporting back so that we knew what was going on, but already working on a solution (like when we couldn't find the spare trash bags at the venue!). I could go on, but honestly, consider hiring a DOC and especially consider hiring a DOC who is giving back to the community. Andree Collective was truly are worth every single penny. It is your big day, you deserve to feel like a guest of honor at your party, not a host.
