Event Lane is a premier wedding planning, coordination, and honeymoon booking team. Owner & Lead Planner, Cassidy Stout, has years of experience as an event planner. Before that, she was a professional ballet dancer - paying attention to every single tiny detail has been ingrained in her since she was a child in dance class, and she will bring that same attention to detail to your wedding to ensure a smooth and stress-free day.

She is a girls-girl through and through, and will be your go-to person before, during, and after your wedding for any request, question, or vent sesh. There is no one more detail-oriented and execution driven than Cassidy. Helping couples have the best day of their lives is truly her joy in life (along with her husband and two dogs), and she can't wait to provide that for you.

The Partial Planning Package is for couples who want to collaborate with a planner on the sourcing and communication with their vendors, planning their details, and managing their budget. This package includes the oversight of logistics, event management, and support throughout the whole process.

The Event Coordination Package is perfect for couples who want onsite help the weekend of your event, a vendor point-person the last 45 days of planning, and a sounding board for ideas, help, and recommendations throughout the planning process.

    I got married in a courthouse and was convinced I could plan everything myself. But! There are always details to forget, timelines to miss, etc. Cassidy was so kind throughout the entire planning process. She took care of everything. She gathered data and executed a plan that made me feel supported, but not bossed around. My husband and I couldn't have done it without her!

    From the moment we started planning our wedding, the team at Event Lane was a dream to work with. Cassidy and the rest of the staff were always clear, friendly and incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. They were extremely thorough and detail-oriented, offering fun ideas and thoughtful suggestions like having guests suggest songs for the RSVP cards.
