Hi, lovebirds. I’m Cassidy, a big-hearted type A and perpetual wanderluster. I’m here to take the stress off your shoulders and your timeline off your plate. So you can savor the champagne, the getting-ready playlist, the dinner-then-dancing flow of it all. With a background in ballet and a decade of experience choreographing everything from stage productions to global conferences, I know how to keep things moving beautifully. Planning a wedding isn’t just about wielding clipboards. It’s about intentionally making space for joy- your joy.

I’m here to help you feel at ease through every step: whether you need a full partner in planning or someone to step in and coordinate the final stretch. I’m equal parts ballerina-strong and swan-soft. I’ll wrangle the family photos, bustle your dress, cue the band, and make sure no one’s asking you a single question on the day. Because getting married should feel good. And working together should too.

This package is for the couples who would like to have all details - big and small - handled for them. With full planning, I will handle sourcing and coordinating vendors, managing budget, design creation and execution, and everything in between. This package offers the most support.

This package is made for those who are excited to dive into planning, but would rather not do it alone. With Partial Planning, you’ll have me by your side to help source and coordinate vendors, shape your timeline, and manage the meaningful details that bring your day together. It’s your vision, brought to life with a calm presence, logistical finesse, and a whole lot of support from beginning to end.

This package is perfect for those who’ve handled the big stuff and now just need someone calm, capable, and detail-focused to bring it all together. I’ll step in 45 days out to manage the moving parts, coordinate with vendors, and serve as your right-hand woman throughout the final countdown. From your timeline to your tip envelopes, I’ll make sure everything is in place so you don’t have to lift a finger.

    The perfect wedding planner does exist!

    Our wedding day wouldn’t have been as magical or extraordinary of a day if it wasn’t for Cassidy. Leading up to the big day, we had numerous calls and chats where she guided us through every step of the way. She made it all so seamless. I’m not quite sure how she does it, but I wasn’t once stressed through the entire planning process. We had multiple zoom calls and I knew she was always a text or call away (even though I tried my best not to bug her after hours!) Once the wedding day came, it all felt like a dream we didn’t want to wake up from. Cassidy and her assistant, Taylor, went above and beyond for us. When I stepped out of the bridal suite and saw the vision to come to life; it was breathtaking. Cassidy also has a few tricks up her sleeve. She brings her oh sh*t kit which has EVERYTHING you could possible imagine and then some. Thankfully, I didn’t have to use it, but I will say, she has something in there for every scenario. She also will bustle your dress and ensure there are no run away Bobby pins! She truly is one of the best and anyone would be lucky to have her as a planner. I not only got my dream wedding, but I also gained a friend!

    Absolutely Perfect

    We could not have been more fortunate to work with Cassidy for our October wedding. Cassidy and whole the EL team were absolutely amazing from start to finish. We knew planning our wedding from abroad would be a challenge to coordinate, but Cassidy made the entire process feel truly effortless. Cassidy is so organized, kind, and supportive. She made it easy to make decisions and was a fantastic sounding board - she always said yes to our ideas (cutting 5 cakes!!) and found ways to make everything come to life beautifully. Our wedding day was seamless. Our guests kept commenting on the attention to detail and how smooth everything felt. The whole weekend was flawless, and it really stood out when our other vendors went out of their way to let us know how fantastic Cassidy was and to compliment her for being so great to work with. She went above and beyond in so many thoughtful ways and made us feel so cared for every step of the way. We’re endlessly grateful for Cassidy and the EL team. Our wedding was perfect, and we owe so much of our experience to Cassidy. Thank you!!!

    You can tell she loves this

    Cassidy put all our worries at ease! She handled every detail, big and small, and curated some really fun "Olympics" style games before our wedding. She was extremely attentive and was quick to motion when something needed to be done, all with a bright smile on her face! You can tell she was meant for this, she is so passionate and made our day extra special!

    Think you don't need a wedding planner? You do.

    I got married in a courthouse and was convinced I could plan everything myself. But! There are always details to forget, timelines to miss, etc. Cassidy was so kind throughout the entire planning process. She took care of everything. She gathered data and executed a plan that made me feel supported, but not bossed around. My husband and I couldn't have done it without her!

    Amazing Wedding Planner!!
