Hi, lovebirds. I’m Cassidy, a big-hearted type A and perpetual wanderluster. I’m here to take the stress off your shoulders and your timeline off your plate. So you can savor the champagne, the getting-ready playlist, the dinner-then-dancing flow of it all. With a background in ballet and a decade of experience choreographing everything from stage productions to global conferences, I know how to keep things moving beautifully. Planning a wedding isn’t just about wielding clipboards. It’s about intentionally making space for joy- your joy.

I’m here to help you feel at ease through every step: whether you need a full partner in planning or someone to step in and coordinate the final stretch. I’m equal parts ballerina-strong and swan-soft. I’ll wrangle the family photos, bustle your dress, cue the band, and make sure no one’s asking you a single question on the day. This package is for the couples who would like to have all details - big and small - handled for them. With full planning, I will handle sourcing and coordinating vendors, managing budget, design creation and execution, and everything in between. This package offers the most support.

This package is made for those who are excited to dive into planning, but would rather not do it alone. With Partial Planning, you’ll have me by your side to help source and coordinate vendors, shape your timeline, and manage the meaningful details that bring your day together. It’s your vision, brought to life with a calm presence, logistical finesse, and a whole lot of support from beginning to end.

This package is perfect for those who’ve handled the big stuff and now just need someone calm, capable, and detail-focused to bring it all together. I’ll step in 45 days out to manage the moving parts, coordinate with vendors, and serve as your right-hand woman throughout the final countdown. From your timeline to your tip envelopes, I’ll make sure everything is in place so you don’t have to lift a finger.

    Easily The Best Decision We Made

    If you're on the fence about hiring a wedding planner, do yourself a favor – and make it Cassidy. From the second we started working with her, she was everything we could have hoped for: organized, responsive, encouraging, and genuinely invested in making our wedding exactly what we envisioned. She has the exact personality you want by your side throughout the planning process and on your wedding day, she is kind, calm, and reassuring, while also being steady and decisive when the situation calls for it. She always went above and beyond what we expected her to do. As with any wedding, a few unexpected things came up on the big day, but Cassidy handled every single one with grace and professionalism. She stepped in, solved problems before they reached us, and made sure everything ran as smoothly as possible. Hiring Cassidy was THE best decision we made. Our only regret is that we didn't find her earlier in our wedding planning process. We can't imagine our wedding without her, and we're so grateful for everything she did to make the day feel seamless.     The best decision we made for our wedding!

    Working with Cassidy and Event Lane was the BEST decision my husband and I made for our wedding by far! She and her team made everything so much easier, from the planning process and especially on the day of! With her and her team there, neither my husband and I or any of our bridal party needed to stress about any details or logistics. We could just have fun and enjoy the day and trust that these very capable professionals had everything in hand. My husband and I felt so cared for on our wedding day, anytime we needed or wanted anything either Cassidy or one of her team was within arms reach to take care of it. It was like they were mind readers. Cassidy and her whole team are genuinely kind, personable, detail oriented and fun! Do yourself a favor and hire them and your wedding day will feel seamless and effortless!

    The perfect wedding planner does exist!

    Our wedding day wouldn’t have been as magical or extraordinary of a day if it wasn’t for Cassidy. Leading up to the big day, we had numerous calls and chats where she guided us through every step of the way. She made it all so seamless. I’m not quite sure how she does it, but I wasn’t once stressed through the entire planning process. We had multiple zoom calls and I knew she was always a text or call away (even though I tried my best not to bug her after hours!) Once the wedding day came, it all felt like a dream we didn’t want to wake up from. Cassidy and her assistant, Taylor, went above and beyond for us. When I stepped out of the bridal suite and saw the vision to come to life; it was breathtaking. Cassidy also has a few tricks up her sleeve. She brings her oh sh*t kit which has EVERYTHING you could possible imagine and then some. Thankfully, I didn’t have to use it, but I will say, she has something in there for every scenario. She also will bustle your dress and ensure there are no run away Bobby pins! She truly is one of the best and anyone would be lucky to have her as a planner. I not only got my dream wedding, but I also gained a friend!

    Absolutely Perfect

    We could not have been more fortunate to work with Cassidy for our October wedding. Cassidy and whole the EL team were absolutely amazing from start to finish. We knew planning our wedding from abroad would be a challenge to coordinate, but Cassidy made the entire process feel truly effortless. Cassidy is so organized, kind, and supportive. She made it easy to make decisions and was a fantastic sounding board - she always said yes to our ideas (cutting 5 cakes!!) and found ways to make everything come to life beautifully. Our wedding day was seamless. Our guests kept commenting on the attention to detail and how smooth everything felt. The whole weekend was flawless, and it really stood out when our other vendors went out of their way to let us know how fantastic Cassidy was and to compliment her for being so great to work with. She went above and beyond in so many thoughtful ways and made us feel so cared for every step of the way. We’re endlessly grateful for Cassidy and the EL team. Our wedding was perfect, and we owe so much of our experience to Cassidy. Thank you!!!

    You can tell she loves this

    Cassidy put all our worries at ease! She handled every detail, big and small, and curated some really fun "Olympics" style games before our wedding. She was extremely attentive and was quick to motion when something needed to be done, all with a bright smile on her face! You can tell she was meant for this, she is so passionate and made our day extra special!

Absolutely not. In fact, we only take on a select number of weddings per year. We choose to focus on quality over quantity, and really aim to give each couple the attention they deserve.
Cassidy is always your Lead Planner throughout the planning process and during your wedding weekend. On your wedding day, she is accompanied by one or two (or more if needed!) Assistants.
We are there to help you throughout the process, from booking to day-of, you don't have to do it alone. Having a planner or coordinator gives you the freedom to enjoy your day and not be the point-person for all your vendors.
