Perfectly tailored for a rustic theme, but upscaled enough to impress your guests. Facility rentals are available year-round with limited availability for weddings based on Rental and Program calendars. We can accommodate groups of 25 to 400. At least one overnight stay required for wedding events. Cabins are rustic, dorm-style, with 4 to 10 beds per room and separate bathhouses. Many buildings are heated and all within walking distance of the main hall, but some are open-air enclosed cabins. Our event spaces are large and suitable for big group meetings and activities. Outdoor ceremonies can be held throughout the grounds or in the main hall. Our 4,000-sf main dining hall has a large commercial kitchen.The in-floor heating system retains heat in the event of a winter power outage.

Our Wedding in the Woods highlights Gold Mountain’s Northwest setting like no other. Escape the hustle bustle of the city and retreat to Gold Mountain – allowing you and your guests to feel miles away. Tucked just off the Cascade Course amongst mosscovered towering pine trees is our majestic ceremony location, perfect for a naturally beautiful woodland wedding. Lots of really big trees and different garden areas, so there are plenty of sites for a beautiful outdoor ceremony. There are 2 getting ready spaces. There is an indoor space for an intimate ceremony or an outdoor ceremony site and an additional indoor/outdoor space for cocktail hour which has a bar inside of it. Crockett Farm is a historic, 11-acre farm from 1895 and features amazing water views from the ceremony site as well as sweeping territorial vistas. The large barn, complete with original timbers, is the perfect place to accommodate your Whidbey Island wedding and reception for up to 200 guests. On-site guest house available (for an additional fee), sleeps up to 12 guests.
