About this venue

We offer a unique picturesque setting that are guaranteed to make your day spectacular. We are confident that Parsons will be the perfect backdrop to your wedding. Perfectly tailored for a rustic theme, but upscaled enough to impress your guests. Facility rentals are available year-round with limited availability for weddings based on Rental and Program calendars. We can accommodate groups of 25 to 400. At least one overnight stay required for wedding events. Cabins are rustic, dorm-style, with 4 to 10 beds per room and separate bathhouses. Many buildings are heated and all within walking distance of the main hall, but some are open-air enclosed cabins. Our event spaces are large and suitable for big group meetings and activities. Outdoor ceremonies can be held throughout the grounds or in the main hall. Our 4,000-sf main dining hall has a large commercial (personal information protected by Zola) in-floor heating system retains heat in the event of a winter power outage.

Where the Mountians Meet the Sea on the Hood Canal!

14,000 sf camp dining hall with large commercial kitchen designed to easily serve 600 people at a time. The heating for the hall is an in slab hydronic flooring system, since this remote area is subjected to frequent power outages during the winter and this system retains heat. Additonally sleeping space for 500 on the property with a mix on open air cabins, covered heated indoor spaces, and space for tents.

Our basic package starts at $5000 and includes everything listed below, we also have the following add-ons: Additional Services Available: Additional housing: $25.00 per person, per night (including additional night for first 75) Meal catering available: starts at $15 per person, per meal Camp activity programming (i.e. waterfront, archery, seasonal dependent): $10/person attending

    Getting married at Camp Parsons was great. Josh Cunningham, the camp director, went above and beyond to help us with our special day. Josh answered any and all questions, answering with the most friendly, helpful attitude. The camp is situated in a private and gorgeous area, right on the bay. If you/guest love camping this is a great place to rent out for a long weekend wedding. We rented out the whole camp Friday-Sunday afternoon and our guests had a blast. Because the camp is nestled between forest and ocean it afforded us a lot of opportunities for amazing pictures. The health lodge was perfect for getting ready and for us (bride and groom) to stay in the night of the wedding. All in all, the venue was affordable, had everything we needed for a successful wedding and we will forever have great memories of our marriage.

    We were Camp Parson's first wedding ever and it was incredible the lengths that the camp director and his staff went to make our day special! The team at Camp Parsons was a delight to work with from start to finish. Their communication was thorough, they responded quickly to all our questions, and they were incredibly patient as we planned the details of our wedding. The venue itself was a true gem - nestled in nature, it provided a unique and spacious setting that felt so accommodating for our special day. They were flexible and allowed us to visit multiple times to tour the site, discuss logistics, and even drop off items ahead of time. The support crew went above and beyond, transporting our older guests to the reception and keeping the firepit going late into the evening. We couldn't have asked for a better venue and team to help make our wedding day so memorable.
