We would HIGHLY recommend hiring Sarah Rosier to help plan your wedding. We hired Sarah as a day-of coordinator for our recent wedding at Turf Valley Resort, and it was one of the best decisions that we made for many reasons. While we already consider ourselves “planners” (we worked on our wedding 10 months in advance with organized milestones, trackers, etc. in spreadsheets), we still benefited TREMENDOUSLY from all of the work that Sarah did leading up to the wedding and so much more on the actual wedding day. She helped us with creating an organized timeline, coordinating with all of our vendors, leading venue setup and takedown, and keeping us on schedule throughout the day. She also provided so much ad-hoc support when unexpected things happened (we lost a groomsman due to COVID and had to change the procession, we needed to fix some boutonnieres at the last minute, etc.). Sarah also helped us navigate tricky topics like what to tell our vendors and when (headcount, booster seats, tip envelopes, etc); she helped us manage carpools and transportation of personal items (centerpieces, flowers, etc.); and so much more. There was such a reduction in stress from having Sarah present to handle all of the various things that can and WILL happen on your wedding day. Sarah clearly has a lot of experience in this field and is ready for any outcome. We couldn’t be more happy to have worked with Sarah, and we’d highly recommend her services to anyone about to host a wedding.

She’s wonderful, makes you feel comfortable in front of the camera, and captures beautiful moments. I love the lighting she uses so that it’s not overly one style (such as dark and moody vs. light and airy). She just goes off the best lighting available in the photo and makes everything gorgeous. Caroline was a pleasure to work with and totally calmed any of our stress and anxiety during the days leading up - I can honestly say it’s because of her that we had a completely stress-free wedding day! I booked Margo as my wedding hair stylist and she was amazing!! Her professionalism and bubbly personality made my wedding morning stress-free, and she gave me the hair style of my dreams I first booked a hair trial with Margo about a year ahead of my wedding. From the start, she was communicative, and my trial session was a lot of fun. She answered a ton of my questions about timeline, hair styles, and more. She also sent me extra reference photos when I requested them to prepare for my bridesmaids. Margo is also incredibly fast. We had a 12pm finish time, and I had 5 bridesmaids plus myself that needed their hair done. She arrived at 7:30AM and completed everyone’s hair in a timely manner. My bridesmaids had hair ranging from very naturally curly and thick to extremely straight and hard to hold a curl. Every single one of the girls’ hair held up for the entire day over 12 hours, and everyone was delighted with their chosen styles! My hair was still looking fantastic after a lot of dancing (see the attached photo of me at top golf at the end of the night!) I highly recommend Margo for an entirely stress-free morning getting ready for your wedding, and if you want you and your bridesmaids looking beautiful for the entire day. Her and her team at The Whole Story are amazing!!!

When we started planning we wanted our day to be as stress-free as possible and fun so Attaboy was an easy choice. There was so much I loved about the venue, but here are some top considerations: Location/logistics- It was so easy to get everything and everyone to the venue and our guests loved how easy walking or parking was. Other vendors also expressed appreciation that they were able to get in earlier in the day and that it was easy to get to. Since it is off the creek, the outside area felt more intimate. There are also lots of cute areas to take pictures in the venue and just steps away. Aesthetics- the venue was beautiful! The simplicity of the set up really made our florals pop. They provided tables and seating which were perfect with our design. The whole space lends itself to so many different design possibilities. Also, since it is very cute/clean as it, we didn't need to go overboard with decor. Service- Anna was a huge help throughout the entire process. She made me feel confident that everything would run smoothly. She was also quick to address questions/needs. The day of the event all of the staff were wonderful. They were so friendly and fun!

Our ceremony sounds was absolutely perfect and the microphones were sooo easy to use and captured all the sound perfectly. Jon was great at making announcements, (even though it wasn't planned) like when he had to tell people to go to cocktail hour. We also had a photobooth package with him and the attendant did such a great job running the booth. It was definitely the most popular event and our families still raves about the pictures they took! From the moment we met Jon, he was just so easy to talk to and knew exactly what we wanted for the day when we shared our vision. Jon is so professional, supportive, and positive, and I can't imagine having someone else on our special day. He is definitely worth the money and I would hire him again without a doubt for any event!

From the start, I knew I wanted local, seasonal flowers and greenery that fit the style of a winter wedding. I cannot sing Emma’s praises enough!!! We hired Emma as a month-of coordinator and are fully convinced she is the sole reason our wedding went off without a hitch! We had over 200 people and our ceremony was at a different location from our reception—no small undertaking—and from the moment we started working together, we knew our wedding was in good hands. Emma is extremely organized and has the perfect demeanor for this type of work. When I was actively pulling my hair out with stress (and a venue that was less than forthcoming about a conflict with our event space), Emma stepped up and made sure everything went smoothly, all while remaining calm, cool and collected. Emma was SO easy to work with and is a pleasure to be around. She also has a great inventory of items to bolster your décor—we ended up renting a card box and table numbers from her that she printed and designed with our names on it! She helped us hone our vision and refine our timeline, all while making sure everything was finalized to our liking!
