Simply Grater Events specializes in providing event design and coordination services, as well as floral design and rentals. We believe life should be authentically embraced and celebrated. We welcome all clients who are looking to celebrate life's special events exactly how they want.
Our primary focus is working with our couples to plan a celebration that is unique to who they are. No dated traditions that don't fit into the type of party they want to host. We help couples focus on the details that matter the most to them and the ones their guests will truly remember. Always focusing on their budget but most importantly, what their day is truly about...celebrating their love. We offer multiple services to couples, like a one-stop shop for all their design and coordination needs. We look forward to connecting and seeing how we can best provide our services for your upcoming celebration!

Additionally, we assist with your timeline and layout creation, review your contracts, and connect with your vendors. On the day of your event, we oversee vendor arrivals, and manage your setup, the ceremony and reception, and the breakdown. | Design and styling are at the heart of our business. We want couples to plan a wedding celebration that authentically embraces to who they are. Whether you're getting married at a camp in the woods or at your favorite brewery, we work to bring your ideas to fruition. To go along with event design, we offer our couples floral design, as well as rentals. |

The BEST!!!
I cannot sing Emma’s praises enough!!! We hired Emma as a month-of coordinator and are fully convinced she is the sole reason our wedding went off without a hitch! We had over 200 people and our ceremony was at a different location from our reception—no small undertaking—and from the moment we started working together, we knew our wedding was in good hands. Emma is extremely organized and has the perfect demeanor for this type of work. When I was actively pulling my hair out with stress (and a venue that was less than forthcoming about a conflict with our event space), Emma stepped up and made sure everything went smoothly, all while remaining calm, cool and collected. Emma was SO easy to work with and is a pleasure to be around. She also has a great inventory of items to bolster your décor—we ended up renting a card box and table numbers from her that she printed and designed with our names on it! She helped us hone our vision and refine our timeline, all while making sure everything was finalized to our liking! She put out every fire that popped up and truly felt like our wedding day guardian angel. Do yourself a favor and book Simply Grater Events!!!
Absolutely AMAZING!!!!!!
Simply Grater Events is the gold standard of wedding planning/coordination!!! Working with Emma was an absolute privilege and I cannot say more whole heartedly that she is the hands down best you could ask for to help plan or even just coordinate your event. My wedding came with more than a few bumps in the road and Emma took care of everything (even a very very rude and deceptive florist) with confidence, poise, and skilled expertise. She made me (a very nervous bride) feel more calm and confident about my wedding and my husband and our families loved working with her too! I will absolutely be using Emma’s services again and I urge anyone to hire her! She will not only help deliver a seamlessly beautiful event but also help create an environment for you and your guests that’s unique, elegant and timeless. Emma TRUELY helped me have the most beautiful wedding day and helped me TRUELY enjoy it by eliminating all of my stress. She took care of everything with flawless grace. Emma is amazing to work with. She goes above and beyond for her clients, and has amazing creative vision with class and style. She has great communication skills and works wonderfully with couples and other vendors. We love working with her!

Working with Emma was the absolute best. I feel I would have been lost without her help. She was so communicative and patient with me while I struggled to find my vision. Her work to make the venue beautiful brought me to tears when I saw the reception area for the first time. I can’t recommend Emma enough times!
