Yes, we charge a corkage fee of $10 per bottle for wine and liquor.

Not all our facilities are wheelchair accessible.

You have full access to the front manicured lawn, backyard, patio, tree-lined lane, and fire pit (with wood provided). Please refrain from entering any areas beyond the white barn to respect the privacy of farm owners and operations. Guests are welcome to visit the farm animals, but please do not open any gates. Children must be supervised by an adult at all times. Pets are not allowed on the property.

Smoking: Smoking is permitted outside on the patio but not inside the home. Furniture: Please do not move or rearrange indoor furniture. If you move outdoor chairs, kindly return them to their original positions. Maximum Occupancy: The home accommodates up to 14 guests. Any additional guests must be pre-approved. Parties & Events: Must receive prior approval. Unapproved gatherings or exceeding the guest limit will incur an event fee of $3,500.

We provide linens, towels, shampoo, conditioner, soap, and essential cooking herbs & oils. Enjoy complimentary tea, coffee, and fresh spring water. Extra water jugs are available in the outdoor room next to the kitchen door. A washer and dryer are available for guest use.

Our farm market is open Monday – Saturday, 11:00 AM – 5:30 PM, offering organic produce, farm eggs, grass-fed meats, and more. If visiting after hours, you can place an online order for porch pickup in the morning.

Our cleaning service will handle linens, towels, and bathrooms after your stay. Trash & Recycling: Please place all trash in the outdoor kitchen bin and remove any food unsuitable for farm animals. You may start the dishwasher, and our housekeeper will take care of the rest.
