Everything this client has said is true! The officiant moved the provided lapel microphone from where it was safely attached to a spot where it constantly rubbed against the collar of his jacket. It was not static, it was noise. The one ceremony song that was not played was only available on Youtube, was not downloadable, and there was no wifi at the remote Boulder, CO location of the wedding. The client was advised of this before the ceremony and given the option to pick something else. As far as requests, there was A LOT of ALCOHOL INVOLVED. The groom's drunken brother was bothering the DJ so much that he had to request the dad to come collect his son over the microphone or he would need to shut down the music. There were 2 main groups of people. Older people who wanted classic country and dance music (which they danced to), and mostly drunk younger people that requested a lot of music that was offensive to the older people, and they (the younger people) didn't dance much anyway. Some of younger drunk people were upset that the DJ would not play their request next, even though there were several requests ahead of theirs. Spending more money on a DJ would not have changed this. Tom is a true professional and has been with us many years. As far as communication, we are available from 11AM-midnight for a our clients. We manage every wedding, and handle all customer service and planning assistance in-house until the week of the wedding. Although our staff is already assigned we do not give them the wedding information until that time so that there is a zero chance of confusing anything in this wedding with any other weddings they will be doing in between. Our system is flawless and has served us well for over 26 years and over 17,000 amazing weddings. After the wedding this is the message I got from the groom. "Hi Michael! Any guess on when we will see our photos! Thank you so much, the event was great! " Their 738 beautiful photos were amazing and ready in just 10 days.
