I hired Johnnie to plan a baby shower for my best friend. She was so instrumental when it came to bringing my vision to reality and helped elevate my vision further with her ideas and resources. She was able to source everything that we needed, with a mix of cost-effective party elements and high-end party elements where it counted. She also is an extremely talented floral designer, so it was nice to not have to outsource another vendor for that. The day of, she was at the venue early to make sure everything was set-up perfectly, then broke down/cleaned up everything when we were done with the luncheon. Overall, she took a huge load off my shoulders when it came to everything that needed to be sourced and set-up for this event - I was very much able to enjoy the party and be a proper host, and didn't have to spend my nights and weekends with coordination leading up to the event.

I cannot recommend Maddy and Cass enough for someone who needs help on their big day! I was pretty set on planning when it came to vendors, however I was completely lost on the logistical aspect of the wedding day itself. Maddy and Cass were lifesavers in creating the perfect timeline with plenty of Plan B options (which we utilized for weather!). They were so thorough, responding with the most thoughtful emails to some of my silly questions. We hired them for "wedding management", but they did so much more than that. They had an intro call with us, came to my house & met my parents, went to our walk through, had another final call, and were with us from the morning of the wedding day until midnight. They thought of creative solutions for me to address vendors when things got a little hairy, and even offered to reach out to my vendor for me. The day of packet they created was unbelievable. They were everything I needed to keep my day stress free.

She goes above and beyond for you and she will definitely deal with any vendor issues you may have. Brittany is the main reason why my wedding vision was properly executed and brought to life. Penderview Events truly went above and beyond to make our day PERFECT. As a DIY and meticulous bride, we knew Anna was the one we would entrust with our vision the moment we had our phone consultation; she was so incredibly sweet and enthusiastic about our big day, and I immediately felt a sense of ease that she will be able to handle all the shenanigans and i can pass her the torch with ease. Although she was hired for "day of", she assisted us in any way possible months leading to and made sure we were on top of all the important tasks leading up to the day of (i.e. vendors contact info, finalizing timeline for the morning/day of, etc.). My big day unfortunately started off disastrous (I became car sick), so I was unable to give guidance with the decor during set up. But since one of the tasks Anna asked me weeks prior was for a list with all the decor and how/where I wanted them placed, Penderview legit made my vision come true!!!!!!!! Penderview was so attentive, that they were even able to place some items which I gave no instructions for (i.e. last minute decided that we wanted wedding party to sit during the ceremony, so I made name placement cards for the reserved chairs, and without mentioning it, they were placed on the chairs in processional order). Penderview was able to execute every event and details on the timeline FLAWLESSLY, and I was able to enjoy the event with ease knowing that everything was in such capable hands. We felt and saw how invested Penderview was throughout the day in making it perfect for us, especially the attention to details and handling all the logistics smoothly behind-the-scenes. I also really appreciated Anna’s assertiveness when hiccups would arise (ie, making sure guests wouldnt be walking in while were ready down the aisle/stay out of view, wedding party prioritized drinking and forgot to come back for portraits; flower girls kept running infront of camera during portraits, and so many other headaches i did not want to deal with, etc.) Not only was Anna able to accomplish and execute my vision beyond expectations, but she was also my emotional support and my right-hand lady, making sure I was always hydrated. Anna’s empathetic and kind demeanor made her feel more like a close friend than just a ‘day of coordinator’. Hiring Penderview was the best investment we made. Thank you so much for making our day magical and we will forever be grateful to Penderview!!!

Ricki was the absolute best investment I made in my wedding. She was so easy to work with and is single-handedly the reason my wedding went off without a hitch. We would virtually meet on Zoom once a month, but her secret weapon is a web portal that has everything you need to reference from customized timelines, budgeting, photo boards, vendors/contact info, & so much more! It also makes it very convenient to communicate through there. Instead of many emails or text chains about allllll the topics that will arise, you can post thoughts, questions, pictures, links, documents, & more. It will notify Veronica by email that you put something in Aisle Planner & she can read/respond & will get back to you within 24hrs. So although I did the 'virtual' package I never felt like I was alone or like Veronica wasn't there to help (she even video chatted with me at the final venue walkthrough 30 days before the wedding!) Even if you think you don't need help or it's not worth it, I promise that when your mental sanity is dwindling, especially towards the end with everything going on, you will be SOO happy you chose Veronica for either in-person or virtual wedding planning!

TLDR: Easy communication, handles everything, calming, amazing experience. Madi helped us plan and coordinated our wedding in June at the Eaton DC. We cannot recommend her enough!! During the planning process, she was the perfect balance of being the cheerleader for our ideas, and weighing in with her own when we needed another perspective. We felt pretty unprepared and clueless about planning a wedding, and Madi was so accepting of that and really validated us along the way. She handed all of the communication and emails, which was a huge task and a relief to hand off. On the actual wedding day, Madi and her team made everything feel comfortable and easy. Madi has such a calm demeanor that we completely trusted that no matter what happened, she was going to take care of it and it wouldn’t impact us. And it didn’t!
