The food was excellent, the service was excellent and there aren’t enough characters available for me to adequately express what a dream Tricia and Marty are. “Booking with The Wedding Foundry at Liberty View Farm is the best thing my husband and I have ever done. We were looking to have a small intimate wedding, but every venue tour we did still had a 75-100 person minimum and required a large cost requirement for catering. Then I happened upon The Wedding Foundry when researching micro weddings. We had one phone call with Billiam and immediately signed the contract, without even viewing the venue first. As a bride, the fact that they were including the venue, the officiant, photography, florals and catering was the best thing ever. It took so much stress off of me while planning this wedding, as I did not have to run around to different vendors. Billiam and Erica were extremely communicative and really took the time to learn what we were looking for. Day of, Billiam and his day of coordinator Cathy made sure the day ran perfectly. We were absolutely blown away from how beautiful our venue was. The florals they created made our wedding look like a fairy tale. Our guests said it was the most beautiful wedding they have ever been to. Erica was an absolute pro with photography, really taking her time with my husband and I for our portraits. Throughout the night she made sure to capture every moment. Erica sent teasers to us within a week of our wedding and the photos are beautiful. The officiant, Michele, was amazing. She created the most personalized and beautiful ceremony that fit us perfectly. We loved how she included a hand-fasting ceremony as well. Multiple guests approached us to let us know that there was not a single dry eye during our ceremony. The Wedding Foundry truly created our perfect day. We are so happy with our intimate wedding, we had 46 of our closest friends and family and everyone truly enjoyed the day. “Our experience working with Belleayre Lodge couldn’t have been better. Gigi, Angel, Brian, and Matt, worked together with us so seamlessly to make our wedding weekend absolutely perfect. We rented the property Friday through Sunday and hosted just around 60 guest. The guest who didn’t fit in the cabins, (and also didn’t want the late night shenanigans) stayed at the hotels literally right across the street. Our guest arrived Friday night and we hosted a rehearsal dinner with a food truck and cash bar (run by the lodge). Saturday was our wedding day. We got married at the local ski mountain (Belleayre Mountain) and returned to Belleayre Lodge for our cocktail hour and reception. The food was absolutely amazing during both cocktail hour and our dinner. We had a beer and wine bar, with local drinks, as well as homemade ice tea and lemonade. We had a cake from a local bakery and ice cream bar from a local creamery for dessert. Sunday morning we hosted a farewell breakfast. The coffee and food, again were phenomenal. The decor and little touches made everything perfect. There was so much thought put into ever part of our wedding and their passion showed in their work. I am so glad we took the chance on this new location. It truly was the best day!”

“My wife and I met and got engaged in the Catskill Mountains, so it was so important to us that we also got married there. We found Spillian from an online search, and my wife was instantly drawn to the place; I was skeptical. But after touring it for the first time and meeting the owners - Mark and Leigh - it was apparent this was the only place we would want to get married. At Spillian there are no rules, and intentionality is the driving force behind every decision. From the food, to the people, to the actual wedding day, if you can dream it they can accommodate it. We wanted to do our rehearsal dinner there, and they asked us what we wanted for food. I tentatively proposed a build-your-own Bahn Mi bar and Mark wrote back a delicious, detailed menu, complete with boba tea. The food was excellent, and the fact that they have some rooms for you and some guests to stay on site made it even more special. We elected to have our bridal party there and it was so nice to be able to spend some time with them before and after the wedding. We came with all of our own decorations, and our flowers were dropped off the night before, and we were nervous about getting everything set up that day. But Alex and Sam, our day-of coordinators, took care of everything and make it look even better than we had ever imagined. And when it came to the day of, we were so overwhelmed that it was hard to make snap decisions. Sam and Alex were so patient with us, and really helped guide us through the day. I can't sing their praises enough but will publicly thank them here for allowing us to have the wedding of our dreams.”
