He did a fantastic job with the details, including flagging 5 days in advance that our elopement date would be rained out, so that we were able to immediately reschedule for 2 days later. He expertly laid out the train of my dress, helped me fix my hair, etc. and also touched up the photos afterwards to fix little things. He did a great job guiding us with suggested poses while also capturing our spontaneous candid moments. It was a very fun and relaxing photography session, and the photos turned out amazing -- perfect lighting, composition, etc. 10/10 would recommend him to all couples!”

“DJ Brandon was the perfect DJ for our outdoor summer camp wedding! He was extremely professional and was flexible when it looked like our ceremony may get rained out and have to move inside. He was able to adapt as the situation changed, and always did everything with a big smile on his face. He even served us and the wedding party wine during the dinner! We recommended some songs that we liked for him to play, and he took our suggestions and made a great playlist for the dancing. He was very accommodating for what we wanted to hear, and definitely kept the party going. His communcition was great, I don't think we ever waited more than a few hours for a return email, and he answered all of our questions thoroughly and with ease. I would HIGHLY recommend DJ Brandon. He kept the party going, was easy to work with and very accommodating to our location.”

“I hired The Polar Peddler for the floral decor for my wedding and I was stunned with how perfectly Dana just 'got' my vision! I asked for jewel tones with an emphasis on varying texture. I didn't have many 'must have' flowers but I did have a few I liked and a few I didn't, and that's all I had to tell her! I had purchased some dyed/dried florals and peacock feathers before I organized with Dana and she was even willing to add these items in for me! When she showed up the morning of, I was astounded at how well she made it look like those elements were part of the plan the entire time. I can't tell you how many compliments that I got on the florals throughout the night and as the bride, having so many of your friends and loved ones complimenting your vendors so highly is such a win! Not to mention the numerous times I was told by basically anyone who communicated with Dana the day of just how sweet and helpful she was! My only regret was not booking the Bloom Bar and having her do even more florals as they were such a hit! My mother in law and aunt even asked to take some of the bouquets home at the end of the night! This vendor was the perfect addition to my day. The Polar Peddler brought my wedding day vision all together with the florals and Dana could not have been more charming to work with from start to finish. My inclination towards photography came from classic street photography and photojournalists from all over the world that told their stories through a lens. It's taken me a while to figure out what my "thing" is but I've come to figure out that I'm a milestone photographer. The moments your life that have proven to be meaningful -- I'll be there.

“I have known Sam, the owner, for a number of years. There are many things I can speak to about his business and him as a person. First thing is that feeling you get when you meet someone that is so fun to be around that you simply don't want to stop being around them. Sam puts a smile on my face every time I see him and hear his contagious laugh. Sam also crushes the benchmark for professionalism and success in the wedding industry. What I mean by that is that if 9/10 photographers get 5 star reviews, on the same scale Sam would deserve 7 or 8 stars. He is well beyond many of our peers and it shows in the quality of his work. Leading up to our wedding day, Jenny was fantastic and always available to help us in the decision making process. To start our weekend, my girlfriends and I went to the spa! The spa was absolutely WONDERFUL and a great way to kick start our weekend! Crystal from the spa was so friendly and easy to work with! My husband went golfing while we went to the spa and he loved the course and service very much! We did a bridesmaids luncheon the Friday before the wedding and Steve from the restaurant was very helpful and nice to work with! For the entire weekend, Latisha was our right hand lady! She made for a very calm weekend and handled any problem we had with vendors immediately. She would frequently come check on us during the wedding to see if we needed anything. She helped keep us on track with our schedule throughout the wedding day. Latisha did anything and everything to help make it the smoothest day possible! All the staff were truly INCREDIBLE! We also loved the convenience of having the hotel at the same location as the reception. It was very easy for our wedding guests. I would 10/10 recommend Turf Valley!”
