As a self-proclaimed "type A" bride, I was more than a little worried about handing over the responsibility of our wedding to a stranger. My now husband and I had a very specific, nontraditional vision for our big day and we happened to pick a "venue" that was brand new to hosting large events (a brand new brewery in upstate New York). Jilian was immediately up to the task, never once questioning our plans and supporting us along the way to get everything across the line. Having someone in our corner who understood the vibe we were going for while also offering suggestions based on her personal experience made her our perfect planner. Very few other planners take over the vendor communication as far out as We Do Events which was a huge selling point for us and was worth every penny. By the time the wedding day came around Jilian was well-prepared as were all of our vendors thanks to her communication. I truly did not lift a finger all day. We can't thank We Do Events and Jilian enough. Book with confidence!

Hiring greenhouse events was one of the best decisions we made for our wedding! Angel was amazing! I had great vibe from the very first intro phone call and knew I wanted her there on the big day! She really made a world of a difference in our planning process and built the foundation of our day. She came to our rehearsal the night before and was so helpful! Day of she was amazing make sure everything was running smoothly despite hiccups from other vendors she really helped pull it all together. Highly recommend!! She helped wrangle my nephew the ring bearer to get him down the aisle! She went above and beyond packing everything up and getting it safely to our hotel room. So very much appreciated. The day would not have been the same with out her!!! In addition she sent over 1000 photos and videos or behind the scenes footage!! Thank you so much!!

She is beyond wise for her years and knows everything a bride could ask in hand already. Even with me being in the industry Brooklyn would ask me questions leading up to the big day I didn't even know I had, she made sure I knew when and how to get my marriage license and took care of sending it back to the clerk for us. She handled getting the rings to the correct bridal party members and made sure to grab our vow books before the ceremony so we didn't have to remember them. She made all the difference plus she continued to come and check in in me to see how I was doing throughout the getting ready process and has the calmest nature helping me to feel ready before I walked down the aisle. not only did she handle coordination and officiating the wedding she sprinkled in some extra magic by taking some gorgeous photos throughout the day and sent them to me the morning after the wedding so I would have a little something until my professional photos arrived! I am so utterly grateful to Brooklyn for making the best day of my life utterly perfect. WOW! I can not say enough on how appreciative I am of Bari and Antonia. A month before my wedding I realized I desperately needed Day of Coordinators. Bari and Antonia were so responsive and assuring. They took on my wedding with such grace. No request of mine was too much. They travelled all the way to Jersey City from Philly and were so accomodating. They spent time with all our vendors on the day of the wedding, helping set up with the florist and some of my DIY decor. They made sure my ceremony procession ran smoothly. They made sure all the little details were taken care of. The night of my wedding, the only thought I had was to have a good time, and thats because Bari and Antonia did the rest. I couldn't recommend them more if you need help on your wedding day.

Annie from Before You Say I Do was an exceptional day-of-coordinator for our special day. Her communication style was frequent, clear, thoughtful, timely, and she was quick to respond to all of our questions and needs. The quality of her work and the value she provided was excellent-- she is hard-working and was incredibly considerate throughout the entire process. She went above and beyond, offering to bring additional decorations and even showing up the day before to assist with our traditional Vietnamese Tea Ceremony, which was not even on the same day as our official wedding. We had only hired her for her day-of coordination package, but even so, she was a consistent voice and helping hand for us for months leading up to the wedding. I can only imaging if we would have booked her whole wedding planning service, our wedding probably would have somehow been even more perfect than it already was. We LOVED working with Brittany. We had monthly meetings with her for over a year, from the venue search phase to the handoff to our month-of coordinator, and she was so helpful. She helped us with the searches for everything—venue, DJ, photography, day-of coordination, flowers, catering—and provided us timelines and organization tools that were genuinely invaluable. We had very little idea going in exactly what was needed to plan a wedding, but Brittany’s collaboration made us feel very on top of things. She also worked with us to troubleshoot things when issues arose (like our flower provider not following some of our communication requests). And an added bonus is that she’s fun to hang out with lol—we really enjoyed our monthly meetings!! Would absolutely recommend the Venlist (and Brittany specifically)!

The week of the wedding I was in contact with Morgan who would be our official day of coordinator. Morgan ended up saving the day when our bartender cancelled on us last minute; she stepped in and bartended on top of coordinating. Then she was able to work with me to donate our flowers to a women’s shelter; a cause that hits close to home for me. I cannot recommend Avenue Design Studio enough!!

People don’t generally follow directions at events and Kayce made sure that we stayed on schedule and didn’t have any regrets after the big day. My husband and I hired Keira to fully plan our wedding at Skytop Lodge in the Poconos and it was the best decision/purchase we ever made. We live in Florida and felt it was necessary to hire a professional. From my very first phone call with Keira, she took my wedding into her own hands and turned my vision into a reality. Kate is a phenomenal wedding coordinator! We had our wedding at Drumore Mill, and the venue owner recommended her services...man were we happy we got that recommendation! From our first meeting, Kate was punctual, professional, and prepared. My husband and I made minor adjustments to the wedding plan and day as we planned, and Kate was always open and responsive to our changes. She also helped us find the best vendors for us and managed all communication with vendors once we confirmed them. At one point I even had an issue about payment with our vendor that ended up being an easy fix, but Kate offered to front the cost needed and we could pay her back- WOW!! It was not needed but deeply appreciated. On the day of the wedding, Kate was perfect. She handled everything flawlessly, so much so that I don't even know what the hiccups were on my wedding day! I remember seeing, at one point during the reception, Kate popped her head around a door and was beaming as she looked out over the reception space. My daughter and I hired Chloe Deal to be our onsite day-of wedding planner and she was excellent before, during and after the big day! Pre-wedding, we had two zoom meetings to review what the plans were and what she would be doing to oversee it all. Chloe's communication assured us all the details would be completely taken care of on wedding day. The day of the wedding, we had a big surprise. An unexpected storm whipped up just as we were about to begin the outdoor ceremony. Chloe and her assistant quickly rallied to make last minute adjustments moving tables and displays under the reception tent, coordinating with the vendors on the change of plans and remained calm throughout it all. After a bit of insanity as our guests ran from the outdoor ceremony into the tent, Chloe and her assistant went into overdrive drying off chairs and getting them moved into the reception area which was a huge undertaking. The groomsmen were supposed to help but they were the only ones not under umbrellas and were absolutely soaked. Chloe easily helped guests find their seats and kept us all on schedule with the reception events of introductions, dances, happy hour, dinner, cake cutting, send off photos etc. Post wedding, we had to be all cleaned up by 9am the next day so the night of the wedding, Chloe and her assistant moved heavy tree log displays back to the woods, put everything that we needed to save into our cars or the locked space until we could pick it up the next day. Chloe's performance as our wedding planner was truly impressive as she thought of every detail and despite the unexpected weather, my daughter and son-in-law had a truly magical day complete with double rainbows! I would highly recommend her services to any bride and groom to-be!

June Beri was born out of my passion to see couples get married without suffering through the stress and nightmares that I have witnessed firsthand, as both a friend and guest in attendance. More often than not, couples feel overwhelmed and wedding planning loses its luster. It shouldn't have to be that way. Everyone should have a 100% authentic, no fluff, quirky, dynamic wedding planner who's going to guide them through the wedding process. This is exactly what June Beri was ALWAYS about.

In July of 2024, we decided we to get married in the backyard of our home in September. This not only meant enlisting many vendors in record time, but also introduced a menagerie of moving parts, that with our busy work schedules would have been unmanageable. Of all the decisions that went into our wedding day, enlisting the services of June Beri Events was the very best. From our first consultation with Kasia, our blood pressure immediately began to ease. That night, we both slept better knowing that we had Kasia in our corner. Kasia's knowledge and experience while we navigated uncharted waters was invaluable. Whether it was by email, phone, video call or in-person—Kasia was on point, honest, and a true JOY to work with. Kasia helped orchestrate, communicate with, and manage our many vendors with ease. And while we utilized her “day of” package, this did not keep her from being an incredible resource in helping us realize our vision for our day (choosing colors, linen material, centerpieces, etc.) The many connections Kasia has made in the industry truly simplified our planning process and execution the day of. One example, Kasia worked directly with the owner of her go-to valet company, meeting him for an onsite walkthrough, and coordinated the entire parking logistics on our property. While we were a bit nervous about the cost of multiple valet staff, the quote was surprisingly low. Kasia also connected us with an incredible rental company who specializes in bespoke and antique furniture and decor—which completely elevated the look and feel of our day. Our wedding day presented many challenging tests for even the most seasoned coordinator. For example, our generator gave out only a few hours before the first of 125 guests was expected to arrive. We don’t know how, but Kasia had a new generator onsite within the hour. Meanwhile, our plans for an outdoor ceremony and cocktail hour were derailed by weather. The rain meant having to pivot last minute—with the ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception all under our tent. These are only a few examples, but this change meant moving one hundred chairs, creating a new sense of flow, finding a new place for purchased decor that was initially meant to be used outside, coordinating with the catering staff on transitioning the space from ceremony-to cocktail hour-to reception, working with the valet staff to alter initial plans to limit the amount of time guests would be in the rain… it meant A LOT of changes with limited time. I have to imagine that there’s no amount of planning that can prepare anyone for the unknowns the day will bring. Kasia has earned our utmost appreciation for all of her diligent work leading up to our wedding day—but our highest praise is reserved not only for her performance under the pressure these obstacles presented her—but also her ability to shield us from the stress of it all. Not to mention that our guests were completely unaware of any change in how the evening was meant to progress. Without Kasia and her team, we know that the joy and sheer beauty of our day would not have been possible.
