The Vienna Volunteer Fire Department rents out its meeting hall to individuals, local businesses, community groups and organizations. All proceeds from this rental are used to support the department's operations. Historic Waverly Mansion is considered an outdoor venue. The property includes beautifully maintained gardens, the historic Mansion, and rustic barn. During our peak rental season, a 60x40ft event tent is included in wedding rentals. Historic Waverly provides the location and property amenities while the Permit Holder provides all vendors, including an approved full-service Caterer and Wedding Coordinator.
