The Space Downtown was created in late 2010 by owners of chefs Tim Burgess and Vincent Derquenne. You can experience a stunning event with beautiful accommodations and relaxing spa treatments all on one perfect Estate.

The Woolen Mill & The Silk Mill offer a unique piece of history as the perfect backdrop to any couple’s specific tastes and provide a timeless atmosphere. Both venues were originally factory buildings in 1800s, and today the spaces provide an open and inviting space for 50-300 guests while still providing a personal and intimate setting. Each venue is truly it’s own and “one of a kind”. Both venues offer their own individual parking, ceremony and reception spaces, and getting-ready suites.

We have 6,000 square feet of meeting space, featuring the 175-person Presidential Ballroom. The Presidental Ballroom is the most favourable for weddings. Host smaller gatherings in our other ballrooms and boardrooms with the help of dedicated event staff.
