When thinking about that perfect place to host your special event, the Country Club of Culpeper is the top choice. The Club has a long-established history of providing great food and gracious service for any and all occasions. Be it an anniversary, birthday party, wedding reception, rehearsal dinner, or corporate holiday party, the warmth of our elegant country setting will delight you and your guests. The Club's Main Dining Room can accommodate from 25 to 125 guests. Couples can invite their guests to join them on the front lawn of the Country Club for a scenic wedding ceremony. This site overlooks the emerald golf course and sparkling lake. The primary reception space, the Main Dining Room, is a long banquet hall space that seats up to 120 guests for a reception. In this main hall, couples will find large windows upon two of the walls, chandeliers, and a charcoal grey-colored carpet and dance floor.

The primary reception space, the Ballroom, is a long banquet hall space that seats up to 120 guests for a reception. In this main hall, couples will find large windows upon two of the walls, chandeliers, and a charcoal grey-colored carpet and dance floor. The venue’s maximum accommodation for a couple’s wedding is 120 guests.

I photographed a wedding reception for a couple there and they were great to work with! They supplied golf carts for a large wedding party, so that we could go to some scenic spots on the course and take some gorgeous wedding portraits. The dinner and reception were excellent. The staff was attentive and easy to work with. I would definitely recommend The Country Club of Culpeper.

This was the wedding of my dreams for sure. I got wonderful pictures and they have an amazing bridal area to get ready in with everything you need to feel like a princess! With a beautiful area surrounding the quiet country club you can get some breathtaking photos. Memory’s to last a life time.

Yes, all our facilities are wheelchair accessible. We also have ramps at the main entrance, hearing-impaired fire alarm lights, and trained staff.

Set up, clean up, tables, chairs, china, flatware, glassware, and linens

Your reservation includes four hours from start to finish, not including the time it takes our staff to set up and clean up. Any additional time will be billed at $500 per hour.

The deposit will be forfeited if the Client cancels the event with less than 90 days' notice and management cannot re- book the space. If the cancellation occurs within 14 days of the event, the Client will be charged for any perishable food items purchased for the event that the Clubhouse cannot use, and the deposit will be forfeited. If the Client cancels the function on the day of the event for whatever reason, the Client will be charged the total contract amount. Cancellations must be by written notice addressed to the Club Manager.
