Enjoy breathtaking mountain views of the Blue Ridge Mountains, Massanutten Mountains and the Shenandoah Valley at Stoneyman Valley Ranch. Located just outside of Luray at the base of the Blue Ridge Mountain and Skyline Drive. Stoneyman Valley Ranch is a working cattle ranch with an abundance of open fields and 360 degree views. Our rustic and chandelier barn is air conditioned and heated and is ADA Accessible for your guests. It has a Bride's Room with separate bathroom, Loft for Gentlemen to relax, and other amenities.

The Barn

If you are looking for that authentic casual country rustic style wedding, Stoneyman Valley Ranch is your destination location.

The event barn, a “rustic and chandelier” 5000 sq ft event barn, comfortably seats 200 attendees with air conditioning and heat and has a picture window facing Skyland and Skyline drive. The event barn has all the essential amenities you are looking for – a large event room, optional dance floor, dedicated areas for a bar and food preparation, a coat closet and modern Men’s and Women’s restrooms. Crucial to any venue is the Bride’s Room with her own restroom and loft for a groom’s “chill” area with foosball.

    We had our dream wedding at StoneyMan Valley Ranch! Diane and Tom went above and beyond for us to have the most perfect day. They are both so kind, and they really cared that we had a great day! We could not speak highly enough of them. Their venue is perfect. The scenery, the well-thought-out layout, and all of the little details are amazing. We could not recommend StoneyMan Valley Ranch for your wedding enough. We are so thankful that we chose them for our wedding, they made it the best day!

    This venue was not only gorgeous, and in a great location, but it was affordable! Diane is easily one of my favorite vendors I had worked with when we were booking this venue. She and her husband really knew what couples were looking for when it comes to hosting a wedding. She’s also very communicative and offers more than enough services for extra decor and space you may need.

    My husband and I got married at Stoneyman Valley Ranch on 10/28/23. We knew we loved the venue when we toured it, but Diane and Tom are the real reason we decided to get married at their ranch! Diane helped us so much while wedding planning. We were from out of town so she was able to recommend vendors to use in the area based on our budget. She also had extra little things like wedding signs and flower girl baskets we could use so we didn’t have to spend extra money on stuff we would never use again! She was also very honest and would return any money accidentally overcharged before we even caught it! On the day of the wedding Tom and Diane were a power team. Tom directed traffic and Diane acted as our built in coordinator. They made sure I was able to get pictures outside without being seen and that everything went smoothly. While I was in the bridal suite, they kept me updated and timelines and brought me anything I needed. They also communicated with my vendors without me needing to ask! Honestly, We credit how smooth and stress free our day went to them. The venue itself is absolutely gorgeous and in a location that’s isolated from the noise of the streets. Tom and Diane designed the venue specifically for weddings based off of their experience- and they really thought of everything! Every guest we had complimented the venue on its beauty and some even said it was the most beautiful wedding they’ve ever been to. We cannot say enough good things about Stoneyman! If you want a beautiful venue with and excellent team who only want the best for you, definitely choose this venue :)
