Lark and Janine are absolutely amazing!! They worked with us for anything we needed! Our wedding planner failed to tell them we would be coming out the day before our wedding to set up after she told us that was ok. Lark and Janine came out to help us set up! They were so sweet and nice! Loved the venue so much space and a beautiful view!

Thank you so much to Mountain Crust and their crew for being so amazing. We hosted a Saturday wedding here in late June and it was absolutely stunning. There is enough shade in the lawn to make a big difference in the temp, and when it started to rain during dinner the staff moved our whole party (around 80 people) inside in just a few minutes. Everything turned out really well, and the venue is just gorgeous. Nico, the venue manager, was our day-of coordinator, and while there were a couple of snags (no PA announcements being made throughout the event, and our wedding cake was cut and served before we got to see it) most everything went really smoothly and felt organized. Communication was good and the staff were incredible day-of. We had so much fun and are so grateful to have found this venue!

The Mansion was the perfect venue for us- it gave us the flexibility of an indoor or outdoor ceremony, with plenty of space to have each part of our day in a separate area. When it snowed last minute on our Spring wedding, they were able to reconfigure to move everything inside. It is naturally beautiful so it doesn't need a lot in the way of decor. Plus, it naturally comes with extended seating options such as the living room.

We toured a number of Denver-area venues when we were getting started with the planning, and Ashley Ridge stood out to both of us immediately. We absolutely loved the location, with gorgeous mountain views in the background, and we were also in love with the ambiance and décor, which had a kind of modern luxe feel to it with an absolutely stunning crystal chandelier in the entry, beautiful recessed LED lighting in the ceilings, and large two story floor to ceiling windows in the ballroom. We also both appreciated the very up front pricing breakdown we were provided after touring. It's a bit hard to get a true "all-in" price from some venues, and we've heard of other family members who got bills at the end of their weddings which they weren't necessarily expecting, so having a clear all-in price up front was definitely appreciated while we were planning. The catering was seriously impressive. Both of us loved all of the food, from the appetizers to the mains. This hasn't always been my experience at other weddings - I've had to choke down my share of overcooked chicken or fairly basic cheese and cracker appetizers at other events. Quite a few people mentioned how good the food was; the prime rib carving station in particular was a very big hit! The quality of the catering really added a lot to the overall atmosphere. We absolutely loved having a dedicated day-of coordinator and banquet captain! Calypso was a delight to work with in the planning stages, was very proactive about checking in with us to make sure things were on schedule and very responsive to any questions we had as we were planning out the day! She was extremely organized and efficient in coordinating everything on the day of; we honestly didn't have to do any setup or coordination or problem-solving at all on the big day. The whole thing just flowed with an efficiency that looked almost effortless somehow. We brought a pretty substantial amount of our own decorations to give the whole thing a personal touch, and they even broke all of those down and packed them up for us so we could just grab them early the next morning, which was an entirely unexpected but much appreciated little touch that freed us up from having to do any teardown after the wedding! Wedgewoods all in one packages took a lot of the stress out of vendor selection for other services too. We got to print lovely invites and save the dates through their stationary website, got an excellent DJ included in our package, worked with photographers who were familiar with the venue and had shot a number of weddings there (which makes a noticeable difference in the efficiency of getting all your posed shots done after the ceremony), got an excellent baker to do our cake, and got a wonderful florist to do centerpieces, bouquets, and an arch installation. Honestly, having planned a wedding this way, I'm struggling to imagine doing it any other way now. I don't really see how it could be possible for the planning and execution to be any more seamless. Several of our guests commented that it was the best wedding they'd ever attended; easy to write that off as maybe just a nice thing for a guest to say, but it honestly seemed pretty sincere, and we got that feedback from more than a couple of people. The whole thing ran like a well-oiled machine and I think people really noticed that. A big thanks to the team at Ashley Ridge! It was exactly the day we wanted, we couldn't be happier with how it all turned out!!

My now husband and I found ourselves in quite a predicament. Two days before our wedding our original venue canceled our event and we had to quickly find a new one that would accommodate for our vendors and guests. We were so lucky to find Hudson Gardens. The staff was extremely helpful during a stressful time. The venue was able to hold our 175 guests, had ample parking, plenty of resources for a catering team, and was absolutely beautiful with several great backdrops for group and individual photos. Its location was also very convenient. The staff helped our day run smoothly and I can truly say we had the best day of our lives!!

We were in the traditional wedding business under the umbrella business, Panache Catering, Inc, for over 30 years and left it because we eventually were worn out by what it had become. In that time we catered thousands of weddings. The expectations among a some groups of wedding families simply became impossible to meet. If you, too, are becoming worn out by what you are finding in the wedding industry you likely have found a great alternative at 2 Penguins.

Our wedding was absolutely beautiful and perfect from the ceremony to the reception and the food. First off, the location is beautiful and so is the inside. Lots of different types of venues within the building so super customizable. I was there for a holiday party on 12/2/22 and was so impressed. I got to see each space they had and it was beautifully decorated. Great staff, very clean (including the bathrooms) and I would definitely go back to any event being held there or highly considerate for my own event in the future!

Wow. Seriously book them now. The venue itself is Romeo and juliet meets wine cellar meets Cinderella, with grand staircase and balconies! The food was literally the best food I've ever had, and my chef husband was floored. The staff was incredible, so helpful and coordinated everything!! They were so communicative and sweet. Of the 80 venues I looked into, this was the most affordable while still being pretty all inclusive. No mtn views, but that's what makes it a perfect choice for colder months when you still want it to be unique and beautiful!!! 10000 stars!

Choosing the month of coordination package was definitely a lifesaver for us. Erin did a phenomenal job with pre-planning mettings, setting up the decor and running the day smoothly! She pivoted easily when it snowed all day and our cocktail hour had to move indoors. The whole team were incredible professionals. One main reason we picked SKYLIGHT was for the 24 hour rental option beacuse our friends like to dance late into the night. Clay not only did a fantastic job with the alcohol ordering and bartending, he stayed up all night as the after hours venue contact in case we needed anything. The blank slate of the venue really gave us power to create decorations that represented ourselves. We are so grateful to the entire SKYLIGHT team for making our wedding dreams come true!

My husband and I have been visiting the Botanic Gardens for years and it was the only venue we wanted for our wedding day. The wedding day was everything we had hoped for and many of our guests commented afterward how beautiful it was. We also knew ahead of time that we wanted an intimate wedding and the Woodland Mosaic and Solarium as our location. The weather was fairly warm on our date but our guests didn't feel it because the venue has lots of shade with the solarium and trees. It also felt like a more secluded space, which is something that we wanted. Our wedding date was a very popular Saturday in June, and I believe 5 other weddings were taking place at the same time! Because our location felt so private, we hardly noticed. The only exception being the "golden hour" for photography, where we were taking photos in the Japanese garden and carefully maneuvering around other couples also taking photos. If you want to be the only bride in sight, keep this in mind. We didn't care though. Because we had such a small wedding (40 people), we chose not to have a wedding planner or day-of coordinator. I would recommend one for this venue if you have a larger group or if you don't have a lot of helping hands. We had a lot of help from our families on the day of the event - helping set up things like the gifts/card table and brining in liquor in coolers. We also carried out a lot of items ourselves at the end of the night. This isn't a complaint from our end, as we expected to do some of the coordination ourselves. Just keep in mind that if you don't want to have to do anything on your wedding day, be sure to hire someone for that role. Emily was great at coordinating from the Botanic Gardens side. She gave us helpful information when needed, responded quickly, and we also met her about a month in advance to walk through the site, going over details on things like chairs and tables. In addition, you get an hour walkthrough during the day before your event. On the day of, I booked a touch-up room (included in the price). They have a limited catering list and we were happy to use Serendipity Catering for our food, bartenders, service staff, desserts and floral, which made coordinating everything a lot easier! I highly recommend working with Brie and Raven. Another perk of booking this venue is that you can bring in your own alcohol, which can save money. Negatively, it was a bit of work for our families to haul all of this in and out while in formalwear. Depending on which space you book, you are also only able to have acoustic music. We wanted (and hired) a string quartet, so this worked for us. However, if you want to dance the night away with a DJ, you would need to book elsewhere for the reception or book their indoor ballroom. The best surprise for us was a free couples membership for a year to the Botanic Gardens. We are so excited to have the opportunity to spend more time here, enjoying their many event offerings throughout the year. We can't wait to return year after year!

Overall, I would recommend Evergreen Red Barn to any couple looking to get married. They worked with us and worked with our timeline. They even let us set up our decorations the day before the wedding which was incredible and helpful! All of the other venues that we toured did not allow for that at all. They answered all of my crazy questions, as well as provided the tables & chairs set up, tablecloths (you have to rent them but they are through the venue & not a third party), as well as a ton of decorations that are already up! We only had to provide center pieces and flowers for the arbor. However, what we struggled with was they went through 3 different property managers during the 9 months between our initial appointment and the actual wedding date. So, as I am sure you can imagine, that led to quite a bit of confusion and changing of plans. Being told one thing just for the next person to tell us something different. Additionally, it wasn't always communicated to us that there was a change in managers. Last but not least, when we were setting up we had to remove decorations leftover from a previous wedding. It wasn't that big of a deal, but for the price of the venue it should have already been taken care of before we got there. Overall, our wedding day was the dream come true and everything that we could have hoped for!

The Lobby Venue was a fantastic choice for our urban wedding. With a majority of our guest list coming from out of town, we wanted to introduce our friends and family to the city we love, and having our home base at The Maven was a HUGE hit. Our guests loved being able to explore the Dairy Block and it ended up being built-in entertainment for the weekend (and everyone loved the rooms - our suite was top notch!!). When it came to our ceremony and reception, The Maven made the whole process seamless and beautiful. The staff was communicative throughout the planning process, and made what could’ve been a stressful experience really fun. Oh, and the food was GREAT! We got so many compliments!! I can’t forget to mention cocktail hour… Having it at Polka Lola was AWESOME and we literally didn’t have to add anything to the space - it’s perfect and fun as-is. Having it right across the hall from our ceremony/reception made it easy for everyone. We thoroughly enjoyed our wedding day and I can’t recommend having your wedding at The Maven/Polka Lola enough!
