We are located 42 miles from DIA.

Cancellations must be made in writing.  All events contracted to host on the Farm House and Breckenridge Brewery campus are subject to the following cancellation policy: Events cancelled within ten (10) business days of the contracted event date will be charged 50% of the food and beverage minimum, and the total of the the 2% booking fee (regardless of rescheduling.) Any event that cancels within five (5) business days of the contracted event date will be charged the full total of the food and beverage minimum or the total cost of the event, whichever cost is greater, the 2% booking fee, and a 20% gratuity (regardless of rescheduling.) 

Your rental includes 6 hours in the space. Any additional time can be added with an increase in food and beverage minimum. Pricing is seasonal and based on the day of week your event is booked.

We do not allow any outside wine or liquor.

We are not able to book Saturday weddings May-October until April of that year. Sunday-Friday are available for booking at anytime depending on availability.
