Located in the beautiful countryside of Southern Lancaster County, Pennsylvania. Osbornia Farm is a brief and scenic drive from Lancaster, Harrisburg, Philadelphia, Baltimore and surrounding areas. The twenty-five-acre property is easily accessible from main roads yet is secluded and surrounded by beautiful trees, farmland and a creek to offer our guests privacy. Situated on the property is a beautiful 1800’s Farmhouse, bank barn, granary, and other farm buildings. These buildings are all surrounded by trees and a flowing creek and features a tree lined farm lane and rolling fields. It is as peaceful as it comes, feeling completely secluded from the outside world.

Our charming and picturesque venue is the perfect location to create unforgettable moments, be it a wedding, anniversary celebration, or any other special occasion. When the building was initially constructed over a century ago, it was designed as a Presbyterian chapel in a completely different location. Dismantled and purchased in 1907; the remaining materials were moved to its current home. Today, it has a capacity of 120 guests and can comfortably host both intimate and extravagant celebrations.

Bell Gate Farm is the perfect backdrop for any kind of event. I have one rule, however, there will never be more than one event per day. I firmly believe that you cannot concentrate and give supreme customer service when there are multiple activities going on the same day. When you rent Bell Gate, you are getting every nook and cranny, and that allows us to play a little bit. We can have a cocktail hour at the pool, but move dinner to the barn, and it feels like you’ve changed venue’s completely. The first of three Mercer buildings in Doylestown, Fonthill served as a showplace for Mercer’s famed Moravian tiles. Designed by Mercer, the building is an eclectic mix of Medieval, Gothic, and Byzantine architectural styles.
