Today, the Estate is available for sit-down dinners with 200 guests or an opulent stations-style event for up to 275. Hello! We are Ben and Annie Judd, the owners/operators of Heron's Hollow. We have 25 years of Air Force service between us and are also parents to two little boys. Our #1 priority at Heron's Hollow is making sure you are relaxed and truly enjoy your wedding weekend. We only host 10 weddings a year, since we give you the whole 31 acres for an entire weekend, as well as provide 5-star overnight accommodations for 30 people. You can leisurely set up your wedding exactly the way you want it. Have your rehearsal on site the night before, sleep on property, and have no worries about traveling to your wedding! We provide tables, chairs, arches, greenery walls, luxury trailer bathrooms, handmade wooden bars, wood rounds, ball jars, and so many more accessories! Camp Oak Hill offers its guests exclusive use of the entire Camp Oak Hill property and all indoor and outdoor rental facilities. Couples that book Camp Oak Hill for at least two nights may hold Wedding ceremonies and receptions as part of their camping experience. Wedding ceremonies may be held anywhere on Camp Oak Hill property, but couples typically take advantage of the Williamson Amphitheater in the woods. The 120-140 seat amphitheater is beautifully set under a canopy of trees.

Plan the perfect country wedding at Fairwinds Farm in an intimate, shaded outdoor setting! Pass through the arbor where we will pick up the bride in her choice of three wedding carriages and transport her to the wedding site. After the ceremony, bride and groom are seated in the carriage where guests greet them on their way to the reception area. Our outdoor ceremony site overlooks a horse pasture under the trees where your guests are seated comfortably. Rain? No problem! Our reception tent has a carpeted area for indoor ceremony in case of inclement weather. After the ceremony, we will take you by carriage to the beautifully lit reception site. Our carpeted tent includes a dance floor, bar, housing for kegs, and seating for guests including round tables, white folding chairs, and a “sweetheart table."
