The Manor at Mountain View was the perfect find for the owners. The rustic feel with modern-day conveniences was a must. But, what was also a must was to have a venue that the word beautiful could not even describe it but, yet to keep it affordable so that so many people could come and enjoy this spectacular piece of property. The Tavern (Groom's Tavern) has its original barn beams as this was at one time a bank barn. The rustic charm matches the rod iron chandeliers in the room leading to the tavern. In 2007 the former owners built an addition to the facility that speaks volumes, equipped with windows throughout to show off the amazing view... It really is breathtaking. Today the owners have renovated all the rooms in the building but, kept the rustic charm. It brings the family great joy to see so many people happy when they visit the property and to be able to share so many events with the individuals that rent the property is a joy that is indescribable.

“I couldn't have picked a better place to get married. Everyone told me to expect at least one thing to go wrong on my wedding day. The only bad thing that happened was that it rained! (Obviously uncontrollable) however, the coordinators still made it perfect. The inside was set up perfectly. I only truly wanted our pictures outside. They literally followed me around with umbrellas and followed my bridesmaids around with hair dryers to dry our dresses and keep us looking our best all while they were getting wet! I received SO many compliments on my wedding. Multiple people during the days after said it was one of the best weddings they have ever attended!”

“There are not enough words I can say about Gabe--he has been an absolute dream to work with! Literally anything that could've been thrown at him, he went with it, and executed beautifully!!! My wedding date changed THREE times because of COVID, and he was always willing and flexible to find the perfect date for him and all of my vendors. My wedding was also outside in Miami, FL in early April. Normally, our weather is pretty good and beautiful evenings are almost guaranteed. Instead, we had a storm unlike any other storm I have seen in YEARS (outside of hurricane season). There were TROPICAL STORM FORCE WINDS in our outdoor/indoor wedding, and Gabe somehow managed to get the most incredible photos EVER. We really emphasized just how much we wanted the pictures to be honest and candid, and the gallery he sent us is literally the essence of that. He truly captured all of the craziness, last-minute changes, fun, and love from our day. Gabe was so friendly, so easy to get to know, and we wouldn't have wanted any one else to be our photographer. “Dana was essential to our rehearsal dinner and the day of the wedding. She made sure everyone including guests, bridal party, vendors knew where to go and what to do! On the day of our wedding, she put out multiple “fires” due to the rainy & windy weather and also some confusion and issues with our caterer. She made sure all the small details were not forgotten and was always in contact with me about last minute decisions or simply asking if I needed anything throughout the whole day. “My husband and I had the pleasure of working with Stephanie and the team at Inn at Leola Village for our wedding and if we had to do it all over again, we would choose them every single time! The venue offers a great deal of variety - it's rustic with industrial charm while offering modern finishes- something totally unique that we loved. While the Inn itself is quaint and has a ton of character throughout making it a very unique experience for guests. When it came down to planning the big day our coordinator, Stephanie, was an absolute joy to work with. Not only was she incredibly informed and on top of the ball she was very patient with me and my (many) question filled emails. We had to postpone our 2020 wedding due to Covid and thank god for her because she remained calm and ensured us that we will get our perfect day no matter what - she was not wrong! On the big day Stephanie had everything under control. I was able to sit back and actually enjoy the day, something I hope every bride/groom gets to experience. One thing I want to make sure I mention is how spectacular the food was. Having been to quite a few weddings myself, I’m not a fan of the food that’s usually offered but this does not apply to the Inn at Leola Village. I have a food allergy and they had no problem working with me so we didn’t have to compromise taste for my comfort. Our guests are still raving about how delicious the food for cocktail hour and dinner was plus the portions were generous! No seriously, my husband is asking if I can try and recreate the Penne with Lavender Honey Sauce because it was that good (I have yet to succeed). PS get the homemade donuts for dessert, you won’t be sorry! Thank you to the incredible staff at Inn at Leola Village for making our dream wedding come true. We will be back for our anniversary next year!”

Due to the rain in the forecast, we decided to get an arch for an indoor ceremony at the last minute, and I asked Becca a few days before the wedding if she could add a spray for the arch. They had another involved event scheduled for that weekend, but her team made it happen! The colors weren't precisely what I expected, but I absolutely loved my bouquets and spray, and so did everyone else. The textures were perfect- exactly what I wanted! They matched our decor very well and they really brightened the very gloomy day we had. I'd recommend Loca Flora to anyone- everything was stress-free and beautiful. It was easily one of the best vendors we worked with for our wedding!”

“Kate is a phenomenal wedding coordinator! We had our wedding at Drumore Mill, and the venue owner recommended her services...man were we happy we got that recommendation! From our first meeting, Kate was punctual, professional, and prepared. My husband and I made minor adjustments to the wedding plan and day as we planned, and Kate was always open and responsive to our changes. She also helped us find the best vendors for us and managed all communication with vendors once we confirmed them. At one point I even had an issue about payment with our vendor that ended up being an easy fix, but Kate offered to front the cost needed and we could pay her back- WOW!! “I recently had the pleasure of working with Hausfrau Catering for my 80th birthday celebration, and I couldn't be more thrilled with the experience! As an Austrian-born immigrant, it was essential for me to reflect my heritage in the event, and Hausfrau delivered beyond my expectations. From the moment I contacted Kristin Sanders, I knew I was in good hands. This was my first experience hiring a caterer, and Kristin was nothing short of amazing. She assisted me in planning the menu and remained incredibly accommodating as my guest list grew from 35 to 65. Throughout the planning process, she was mindful of my budget, while ensuring that everything was just right. The staff arrived on time and set up beautifully, donning stunning Austrian Dirndl dresses that added a special touch to the event. The food was absolutely perfect! We had a delightful array of German and Austrian dishes, complemented by some American favorites. The hors d'oeuvres, pretzel bar, buffet with three main dishes, and dessert received rave reviews from my guests, who are still talking about the meal and the event! The website portal was user-friendly and reflected the professionalism I experienced throughout the planning process. Hausfrau Catering will be my go-to reference for any future occasions. “My wedding was at the lodge of liberty forge and it was beautiful! The coordinator, Brianna was so easy to work with and very accommodating. Our only complaint is that during the dinner taste testing, we tried the chicken stuffed with filling. During the taste testing, the stuffing didn’t have any cranberries in it and we picked it for one of our entrees. The description also didn’t have any mention of cranberries. During the wedding, the stuffing had cranberries in it and there was a lot so it was hard to pick out. This ruined the dish for me, and some guests mentioned it as well. Also, we had planned with the coordinator to pick up our decor the next morning. At the end of the wedding, my dad asked one of the workers if they needed to gather any of our belongings (decor). The worker said that anything they didn’t grab was going to be thrown away. This was frustrating because at the end of the wedding all my family rushed to grab everything and it delayed us going to the after party.”

“Honestly, it is hard to put into words how much my husband and I cherish Kayla, not only as our photographer but also our friend. My husband and I got to know Kayla over the last two years when she captured our first engagement photos back in 2020. It was from that very first interaction on that we both knew Kayla would be our forever friend and person to capture our love. Her eye for creativity and her passion sparks something in her clients to be completely trusting of her and her vision. Kayla never once made us uncomfortable, in fact; it was quite opposite because when she captured our love it was the most comfortable we have ever been. Even certain things that were not directly corresponding with photography she was there to be an ear and help if possible! On the day of I was a nervous wreck, but Kayla and her second shooter were AMAZING! They came in and immediately started doing what they do best and I felt at ease! Kayla was so fun and such a bright light to have around on my wedding day! My bridesmaids LOVED her just as much as I do! It was so easy to get photos of all of us because it felt like Kayla was apart of our friend group! Again, she is not only the BEST photographer but she truly becomes your friend, and a really good one! In the craziness of the day I had forgotten half of the things I wanted to capture but not Kayla! She was on it! She would remind me and help keep me and everyone else on time! Some of my favorite moments from the wedding day was when my husband and I were alone shooting photos with Kayla. The peace she gave us from all the craziness was like taking a drink of water on a hot day! From day one as we toured the venue I was blown away at how detail-oriented and passionate she was about making the client’s dream wedding come to life.
