My name is Jozay and I'm the owner of Basilico Boards Charcuterie & Catering. I'm a wife, mama & multi-business owner; Pennsylvania born and raised! Basilico Boards was created out of my love for food, my years of experience in the industry, including owning a pizzeria alongside my husband for five years, and wanting to connect & serve people throughout Central Pennsylvania.

Our charcuterie boards, grazing tables, hot buffets and additional catering options are created and customized for each and every person and event. We use fresh and local ingredients and love to work with other Central Pennsylvania businesses. I look forward to talking with you & creating a menu that you & your guests will love!

Basilico Boards Charcuterie & Catering provided exceptional catering services for our wedding. Their communication style was very friendly, and they worked closely with the couple to create a delicious homecooked menu at great prices. The meal they served was enjoyed by the guests, with plenty of leftovers for the couple to take home. The highlight of the day was the large, beautifully presented charcuterie board that our guests raved about. We asked Jozay to caterer our wedding and she did not disappoint. We was friendly and very down to earth during all our planning conversations before the wedding. She showed up day of and had everything ready to go as planned. She was extremely helpful and handled some of our guests misunderstanding how the grazing table worked with grace and kindness. The food was delicious and we got so many compliments from friends and family on the table and how good everything was.

Basicilo Boards provided us with a gorgeous charcuterie spread for our wedding reception- complete with plates shaped like our initials! It was an adorable touch. I truly only saw pictures of the spread (and I was the bride!) By the time cocktail hour was over, the guests had gobbled up the huge table of goodies. I will recommend Basicilo Boards forever!
