We’ve all been in front of someone’s iPhone for a photo. You might not think anything of it until you see it later & you don’t look anything like yourself. My mom loves to snap family photos, so I’ve been there. It's terrible for confidence & it's stressful when someone at the party says “let’s take a photo!” I get it. That’s why I do this–for you to see photos of yourself that actually looks right & you see your own lit up smile, you see yourself in that moment and simply how happy you were. I photograph weddings for that freedom & relief that your creativity & mine are working together to craft authentic, artful photographs for you.

I come from a design background so I'm oriented toward making art and collaborating. I love working with couples who have a vision, but I also love working with open couples who have that spark of inspiration to create something beautiful that goes way beyond saying "cheese". I prefer to capture real moments as well--instead of posing next to your family, I want to get that shot that will bring you back to the moment where you were laughing with them genuinely that you can feel real about for the rest of your memory.
