We, the Festive Board family, are dedicated and focused on delivering a personalized, stress-free wedding experience to you! Being a full-service caterer, we offer a variety of unique & helpful amenities in our packages. Not only are all of our packages and menus able to be personalized & interchanged based on your personal preferences and needs, but we can also add items to your menu (a family recipe, for instance) to fit your menu vision. We are here to serve you--literally!

    I had Festive Board Catering for my wedding this past October, and unfortunately, it was not the experience I expected for such an important day. I had been assured by Ed and Chuck multiple times that gluten-free options would be available for my guests, as I’d discussed this specifically with them beforehand. Despite this, on the wedding day, the coordinator, Alyce, was not only disrespectful to me, the bride, but also to my brother. She accused me of not informing her about the need for gluten-free options, even though Festive Board had confirmed to me in advance that accommodations were in place. It seemed like there was a breakdown in communication on their end, but instead of addressing it professionally, Alyce acted as if I was at fault, even claiming she was unaware of these arrangements. Adding to the frustration, Alyce took issue with a cooler that had been placed under a table, turning a minor misunderstanding into an unnecessary confrontation. Rather than handling the situation with understanding or flexibility, she used her background in law as leverage, throwing her weight around in a manner that felt completely out of place and highly unprofessional for a wedding coordinator. It’s disheartening that Festive Board allowed such disrespectful and dismissive behavior on a day that should have been joyful and stress-free. If you’re considering them, be very cautious about your expectations for respectful, understanding service on your special day.

    Festive Board Catering was a quick, accessible, and helpful catering company for our wedding. While the food was average, their team provided full coverage and versatile service that helped our day run smoothly. Nikki, our event coordinator, went above and beyond to help with set up and ensure everything was perfectly executed.     We used Festive Board for our wedding catering, and while the food was really good and the staff was friendly, there were a couple of hiccups on our big day. Unfortunately, they brought the wrong table runners, and there was a mix-up with our bar setup. The coordinator told us beforehand on our planning call that we only needed to bring bitters for our Old Fashioned mixer, but just an hour before the event, they mentioned they were missing simple syrup. We had to scramble to get some last minute, which added some unnecessary stress. Overall, the food was great and most things went smoothly, but I would’ve appreciated an apology for these issues. A little more attention to detail and communication could have made the experience even better.

    The Festive Board catered our wedding this past weekend and I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a wedding caterer. The entire experience with them was spectacular. Every single person I interacted with from the Festive Board went above and beyond to provide us with the best service. They all made themselves available for any questions we had (and we had a lot) and never made us feel badly for asking. They were incredibly well organized throughout the entire process. They dealt with any changes that occurred with a great attitude. Our guests couldn’t stop raving about the food on the wedding day. Everything was delicious! Their staff made sure my husband and I were catered to and didn’t have to lift a finger or take a step through the reception. Everything was set up so beautifully and packed up and stored very neatly at the end of the night. The Festive Board truly helped make our wedding magical and everything we wanted and I will never be able to recommend them enough for this!
