    This company completely ruined my wedding night. After an excellent initial tasting session, we decided to hire them, but things quickly went downhill from there. We tried to email and call for a follow-up conversation with our chef, but they never responded. Eventually, I had to drive to his house just to confirm the company was real and that we hadn't been scammed. We paid over 6,000 for the catering, only to have the chef show up late and missing two of our entrées, several appetizers, and our full-sized wedding cake. Worse still, the falafel was dry and the rest of the food was not seasoned at all. To make matters worse, when we disputed the charge due to their poor service, they recharged our card without any explanation or contact. After the wedding, we tried to reach out to discuss their failures, but they were completely unresponsive. Despite their claims of having a legitimate headquarters, it seems to be nonexistent. This company was a complete disaster and I would not recommend them to anyone.

    We had our wedding ceremony during Covid and we didn’t want to do the courthouse so we had a small ceremony at home with brunch catered by Bissou it was a great experience and my guest were happy with all the food choices especially with the omelette bar I would definitely book again.

    Chef Nadeak met our demands promptly and with professionalism. The Chef was very helpful in choosing the menu and the wedding servers were fast, the service was good and the organization worked smoothly.

    Him and his son gave me and my new fiancé a night to remember for our engagement. The food was amazing and tasted so clean and fresh. I will definitely be working with him again I’m the future.
