The Emerald Hill was an incredible venue for our wedding. From the moment we reached out, their communication was amazing - they were quick to respond and provided all the details we needed without us having to ask. The venue itself is gorgeous, with breathtaking outside views and beautifully decorated indoor spaces. They worked seamlessly with all of our vendors to ensure everything was top-notch, and even shuttled us to a perfect picture location after the ceremony. I 100% recommend this amazing venue to any couple looking to host their special day.

The venue owner is the most genuine and caring person on this earth. She was quick to answer messages with all of my questions and gave amazing advice. She communicated everything to us efficiently. The venue space is beautiful, spacious, and has a lot of depth and variety. They made sure everything was just how i wanted it and helped put things together that i didnt know how to do. They also put in so much work and were present for the entire day helping and running around. I highly recommend this venue to anyone looking to get married because they made the experience magical and easy.

Hartsoe Farms was phenominal. They far exceeded my expectations. When we booked our wedding, Kasey Hartsoe showed us a book of decorations to choose from. She helped me customize my tables based off my color choices and she put the flowers and decorations together. During the process after I left, she sent me pictures until I was satisfied with the results. I love that they set up and tear down for the clients! When we took our photos, there were so many locations to choose from. Its so peaceful and beautiful out there on the farm. Since our wedding almost two years ago there have been numerous improvements to the property. The shelter is now closed in with a beautiful gray wood on the exterior and a brown rustic look on the inside. The beautiful fairy lights make you feel transported. They also built a beautiful bridge you can take pictures on or walk over into the woods where there is alsp a bench to take pictures or get away for a private moment to speak as newly weds. I particularly like The Lounge where you can get ready or do touch ups before your event. The "Bridal" suite is elegant with many places to sit and a bar in the bathroom to do your make up. The "Grooms" suite is very manly, and well decorated. They provide wine glasses and whisky glasses for a sophisticated look in photos and for your guests in the bridal/groom lounge. They also added some out door bathrooms so your guests dont have to go all the way into the Lounge. They also do your music for you if you send a playlist. Overall, I can't believe this location is as cheap as it is with the services provided. If i could give 11/10 stars I would!! Thanks Hartsoe Farms for the perfect wedding!

Many of the trees use to build the barn were harvested from their property and were prepared at their saw mill on site. The idea for a wedding venue began was a dream of their daughter, now Zimmerwald's Estate manager Katie Carpenter White. What began as a simple dream and a sketch on a piece of notebook paper, has now become a reality. We are extremely excited to be a place where beautiful family memories can be made and couples can begin their happily ever after!

There is a full commercial caterer's kitchen, public bathrooms, and grooms suite. The open but covered grand hall is 6000 sf with 2 huge chandeliers, Edison string lights, post lights, and a huge rock fireplace. There are also motorized curtains on the west side that can be closed or opened with a touch of a button. This was the first venue we visited and I loved it immediately. It books up really fast, we had it booked a year and a half in advance and we still had limited dates to pick from. I cannot say enough good things about this venue. The place is absolutely stunning. It is a beautiful venue space surrounded by mountain views with the perfect backdrop of grandfather mountain as you say “I do”. Inside the lighting and ceilings were a sight in itself. From day one the staff has been amazing. The Venue Manager, Pam, was easily accessible and prepared to answer any question that I had. She was ready to accommodate whatever I needed and even made the time to let me view my table layout in person because I needed the visual to see if our game-plan could work. The venue coordinator, Gracie, is an absolute doll and just as sweet to work with. I wish I could get married all the time, just so I can visit them at the venue!

Something Blue Mountain Venue was our first and only choice for our wedding venue. The views are breathtaking and it is like nature herself decided to give the perfect frame for every photo. The owner Lisa is wonderful and really makes it incredibly easy to show up and enjoy! She gave the best recommendations for vendors. Recent renovations even made a fully enclosed bar area perfect for sipping and staying warm in the winter. We had 35 people and it was the perfect size even though 35 was the maximum number of guests. Overall, not a chance in a million years I would prefer any other venue. Highly, highly, HIGHLY recommend. Thanks Lisa!

With having to reschedule due to lockdowns, Kelli and Blake went above and beyond to make our wedding day an amazing, safe experience for our family and friends. Separk Mansion is ideal for both indoor and outdoor weddings. The first floor ballroom retains old vintage hardwood floors and has a ceiling that shimmers with crystal chandeliers. At the front there is a large staircase as well as large front doors that lead to an expansive limestone veranda that can be used for a cocktail hour. This impressive estate was built in 1919 by textile mogul Joseph Separk. He lived in the mansion with his wife and son during the 1920s. In 2012 it underwent complete renovation and is currently one of the most popular locations for ceremonies and receptions. The mansion is part of the York Chester Historic District and is listed on the National Register of Historic Places.

Working with Separk was super easy from start to finish. We had Hannah as our wedding coordinator and she did a great job with creating and sticking to the timeline. She also did great at setting up our decor items and some flowers we brought to the venue. She was very communicative with us and our bridal party/family so that everyone knew what was expected from them for the ceremony. Overall we had a great experience with Separk and had the most perfect wedding thanks to them!

Their communication is always concise, clear, and punctual, making the planning process a breeze. Some miscommunication occurred about 30-60 days out worrying us about day of. When the weekend came, everything went so smoothly. The bridal and grooms suite were spacious and had all we needed. The venue is gorgeous and fell in love with the wooden tables and Phoenix chairs. Cannot thank Kristen for all she did that weekend!

First, it’s beautiful. We did our ceremony at a Catholic church down the street and had our reception at the Rafters, but my favorite photos are by far the ones we took in front of the St Mark’s chapel- it’s so romantic! As a reception venue, it is very reasonably priced, and has everything you could need. We got ready in the adorable carriage house, and we also did my bridal shoot there a few weeks before the wedding- they turned out beautifully. Also, if you book with their caterer (The Flyin’ Lions), you get a discount AND support a good cause! But that’s not even the best part: their food is AMAZING. I am literally still dreaming about the salmon and mashed potatoes from my wedding day, and so many guests told me how much they loved the food. The taste testing was fun too, they have a ton of options! Also, Allison is the best coordinator EVER. You will love working with her, and every vendor I hired that had worked with her before told me the same thing! She is so personable and really gets to know you, and she will bend over backwards to help you with whatever you need. She is fantastic with communication; her responsiveness and helpfulness alone reduced my wedding planning stress. I also loved the preferred vendor list Allison provided; it made it a lot easier to narrow down our vendor choices! Allison and Debbie (from Flyin’ Lions) made our wedding and all the months leading up to it so special and wonderful; we cannot recommend them enough!

We had the opportunity to work at Magnolia Woods two consecutive weekends. The first week with Jodie one of the owners and Amy the Office Manager. The next week with Heather the other owner and Chris the Day of Coordinator. They were all extremely professional and made sure our couples were very well taking care of. During the week before both events, we had an on-site visit and communicated by email with Amy. She was always prompt with her responses and very accommodating. Needless to say, the whole team for both weddings were equally accommodating. Magnolia Woods also provide off-site catering as well. I would highly recommend Magnolia Woods to anyone looking for a venue for any type of event. Awesome team of professionals, great location, delicious food, and a very nice facility.

The Serenity Ridge team was amazing on our special day! We got married just a week after Hurricane Helene hit, and we were devastated thinking our wedding might not happen or be what we had envisioned. Haley, Elliot, Jordan, and Katie went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect, from finding propane tanks to securing the food we needed and staying in constant communication with us. By the grace of God, the power came back two days before the wedding, but Serenity Ridge was prepared even if it hadn’t. The day turned out to be everything we dreamed of and more. We cannot thank the team enough for their hospitality, communication, and kindness throughout the process. Not to mention, the venue itself was beautiful—stunning mountain views, delicious breakfast-for-dinner catering, and cute furniture made it all even more perfect. The space is very accommodating in all the most important attributes. Staff is ease to work with and very understanding of issues, front of house areas are always clean and well kept, back of house is very close to the event areas so staff does not need to walk super far for things like passed apps. The only negatives I have are the load in space and back of house space could be a bit better for large events. A dedicated catering kitchen would be awesome but I understand that doesn't work at every venue. There have been tables and or coffee shop supplies in the back of house area the last few times causing staff to have to work around these items.
