I fell in love with taking pictures at a very young age when I received my first film camera as a gift from my parents and have been obsessed ever since. Matthew started solo in 2019, hobby shooting and taking on the occasional paid photoshoot, as his skills developed so did his workload. The work just kept coming. As the transition from hobbyist to professional photographer stuck. He can be found hiking in Vermont’s beautiful rolling Green Mountains, working in his Montpelier studio, or traveling far and wide in search of inspiration and stories to tell.

Owner and lead photographer Katie hopes to connect with her clients and tell their story through a series of unforgettable images. She believes that photography is all about identifying special moments and knowing exactly when to capture them. KatieSweeneyPhoto offers a wide array of services, including but not limited to additional hours, engagement sessions, and digital prints of all your edited images. Couples can also avail of extra hours, a second photographer, and an engagement shoot as an upgrade option.
