We cannot thank Elysia and the whole team at The Best Day Details enough for being the absolute MVP of our wedding! From the very beginning, she was attentive and organized, guiding us through every step of the planning process. Before the Week: Elysia was incredibly helpful during the planning stage, which I hadn’t necessarily expected since it was primarily coordinating services rather than full planning. Thank goodness for that! She offered invaluable advice and suggestions that made logistics so much easier. She coordinated with vendors, handled logistics, and took care of so many other details. Before the Ceremony: On the day of the wedding, Elysia was calm and composed. She managed the timeline expertly (which is saying a lot since I must have been a bit frantic with everything I crammed in), ensured everything was in place, and resolved some last-minute issues. During the Ceremony: She made sure everything went off without a hitch! The energy during the ceremony was so much fun because she took care of anything that could have made it challenging. During the Reception: Now THIS is where Elysia was the real MVP. There were some significant timing, logistics, and vendor obstacles, and Elysia handled ALL of them. Her attention to detail made our day, and everyone else's, just incredible. She kept everything running smoothly, managed the timeline, and addressed any concerns we had without us even noticing. Elysia made our wedding day everything we dreamed of and more. We couldn't have done it without her expertise and dedication. Every single time I talk about how perfect my husband's and my wedding day was, I always say that it was 100% because of the incredible wedding planner we worked with. Amber and Pineapple Punch Events helped plan our October 12, 2024 wedding and we couldn't have asked for a better team. Amber is organized, professional, encouraging, and so so fun! She was the first team member we asked to join us on the journey of planning our wedding a whole two years before our date! She made the process so incredibly seamless that my entire wedding party commented on how 'not stressed' I was on our day. Every detail was covered, every meeting we had tackled another aspect of our wedding process, and Dale and I just had to show up and explain what we wanted and like a magical fairy godmother, Amber just helped us accomplish it. From vendor recommendations, to timelines, to staying on top of communications, it really was just kind of easy! The hardest part of the entire process was just making the decisions, which my husband will tell you is a struggle for me, if deciding what to have for dinner any night is an indication. The title says it all... Emily is IN-CRED-I-BLE!!! We worked with Emily for well over a year on our wedding and she handled anything and everything that we needed help with. Whether it was finding vendors/venues and contacting them, handling paperwork, setting up calls, tours, etc., Emily put our mind at ease with it and took care of it. She's also incredibly personable and fun to talk to! By the time our wedding came, it was bittersweet because we had looked forward to our weekly calls with her! On the day of our wedding Emily was a superhero..... She helped set things up, make sure everything ran smoothly, helped tear down at the end of the night, and packed our car with decorations and things we had brought for us so we had nothing to worry about. We HIGHLY highly highly (I'll say again) HIGHLY recommend hiring Emily for ANY event, but definitely hire her if you're getting married!! When you hire Brooklyn from Brooklyn Rain brides, you can rest assured that your day will be utter perfection. throughout the wedding planning process, Brooklyn was always there for me to reach out to and ask questions and give her professional suggestions. She is beyond wise for her years and knows everything a bride could ask in hand already. Even with me being in the industry Brooklyn would ask me questions leading up to the big day I didn't even know I had, she made sure I knew when and how to get my marriage license and took care of sending it back to the clerk for us. She handled getting the rings to the correct bridal party members and made sure to grab our vow books before the ceremony so we didn't have to remember them. I literally didn't have to handle a single thing on my wedding day because she was there to handle it all. She made all the difference plus she continued to come and check in in me to see how I was doing throughout the getting ready process and has the calmest nature helping me to feel ready before I walked down the aisle. not only did she handle coordination and officiating the wedding she sprinkled in some extra magic by taking some gorgeous photos throughout the day and sent them to me the morning after the wedding so I would have a little something until my professional photos arrived! I am so utterly grateful to Brooklyn for making the best day of my life utterly perfect. In the year of planning whenever I had a timeline questions, Kirsten was so quick and helpful in responding and then in the month and week prior to wedding day, she stepped in and took over vendor comms and made sure all the little details that made the day unique and personalized were covered. We had Katy onsite with us and from rehearsal to day of, she helped keep things running smoothly, made sure the bar didn’t run dry and stepped in when health emergencies demanded action and took charge. Hiring Ohana and working with Sonya was easily the best decision we made while wedding planning. I was hesitant to hire an outside coordinator because we had a venue coordinator, but the venue coordinator does not do nearly the amount that Ohana does. Hiring Ohana is a NEED. I was first introduced to Danielle and we instantly connected. I felt she understood my vision and wanted to help create our dream wedding. We were lucky enough to be assigned to Sonya for the 90-day coordination package and she was the kindest, most patient, and organized planner. She responded quickly to emails and answered all of my questions, she took over communication with vendors and relieved much of the planning stress, she provided detailed checklists and kept me on track. She also created a detailed by the minute itinerary for the entire weekend for us, our vendors, and a shorthand version for our bridal party which was extremely helpful. Our wedding day was seamless with no hiccups and I can honestly thank Sonya for that. She made sure to keep the day moving on schedule, communicated with all of the vendors, and made sure to check in with me often. Even wedding guests and our parents gave raving reviews for Sonya. My husband and I agree that hiring Ohana and being able to work with Sonya was the best investment we would do all over again, and we recommend them to everyone. I wish I had hired Sonya sooner! Best wedding coordinator of all time. It is true, Ohana means family, and that is exactly how the team treats you.

I went with Prestige Planning for my wedding planner because of the ease of use. I met with my certified wedding planner before I booked and she was amazing and explained the whole process. I knew I could plan my own wedding but I’m not a pro at all so I knew I would need a lot of help. I didn’t want to spend the money on a full wedding planner so going this route was absolutely perfect. They were with me every step of the way. I especially liked the SOS calls they give because I needed them to assist with a vendor I was having an issue with. I knew I was going to need help with logistics and stuff on the actual day of my wedding because I wouldn’t have time to do so, so I added the coordination add on to my package. So I got my wedding planned with major help from an actual certified planner and coordination for my wedding day for less than others are charging for just coordination. Just go for it. You will not be disappointed at all! They really went above and beyond and did more for me than what they had outlined they would do. I got more than my money worth.

I cannot say enough nice things about Lindsey! She is unbelievably talented, and I'm so grateful that we got to work with her. She's very sweet and easy to communicate with and fast to respond. She's full of helpful suggestions and ideas, from timeline development to how to DIY a bar setup. She helped me order wholesale flowers for my DIY centerpieces, and they turned out beautifully! She even took on the role of SUPERWOMAN and fixed my bridal bouquet when our florist used the wrong color of roses in my bouquet. She literally took it apart and rebuilt it the day of the wedding, and nobody could tell anything had ever been wrong. She saved the day, and then she proceeded to decorate an arch BY HERSELF, and it all turned out beautifully. Throughout the day, she flawlessly directed all of our vendors. She made sure we had food and drink waiting at our couple's table after photos. She checked in with us regularly to see if we needed anything. She helped bustle my dress. She just wore SO MANY different hats, and she did them all so well. I'm thoroughly impressed. She went above and beyond for us, and I will forever be grateful. I highly recommend you hire her. You won't find a more caring or talented coordinator.

Working with Blair was probably the best decision we made during the process of planning our wedding. My husband and I both work 9-5 corporate jobs, and we knew that we needed to bring someone onto our “wedding team” that would help keep us on track with all of the milestones during the wedding planning process. From the get-go, over our 15-month planning period, Blair was always transparent about timing and was a master of following up regarding timelines, without ever badgering us or coming across as controlling. She spent over an hour discussing budgets with us and our families early on, to make sure that everything we planned stayed in the budget range that we’d all agreed upon. This was especially helpful during our venue and vendor selection process. She helped us find that blew our socks off, and also found us the most wonderful florist (@thelocalpetaler) who was able to provide us way more bang for our buck than any florist we’d be able to find on our own - a huge advantage. While we had our venue already picked out, Blair was able to recommend a food and beverage package with an available catering company that fell delivered us fantastic food and a premium beverage package that fit our budget. 

Leading up to the wedding, Blair was also a master in helping us coordinate our wedding day planning including family photos, transportation e.g. coordinating our bus between multiple hotels and the venue while making it easy for us to just focus on ourselves. The peace of mind that Blair brought us throughout the planning process, week of, and day of our wedding made having our wedding a cakewalk rather than a headache. Spending the money to hire Blair was the best decision we could’ve made for our wedding!

I was truly in awe of how my event turned out. Donna of DBC Eventz INC. did an amazing job bringing the vision to life. Donna went above and beyond finding intricate items that went with the theme and thought outside the box with the decorations. The entire space was decorated beautifully from top to bottom. Donna understood the assignment and took it to the next level. Donna included me and kept me up to date on where she was with the status of my party. Donna even assisted me with finding the right person to make a cake, DJ the event and take pictures and videos at the event. I was able to have an entrance area, seat all my guest comfortably, have a dance floor, a bar and a separate food area. I will definitely be using DBC Eventz Inc. for my future events.
