Our comprehensive Partial Planning service is a guided process that brings our team along for your planning process. We're there for your as your support crew and there’s no place we’d rather be! Your Partial Planning experience is 100% customized to you, your lifestyle, work ethic and wedding needs. Throughout your planning process, we will curate monthly goals, help you to obtain vendors, envision your wedding design together and so much more!

You’ve got all the motivation needed and are ready to take on the world, but all of a sudden, it looks like a lot. Let us come in and get you started with our Month-of Coordination! We kick-off immediately by creating your timeline, reviewing decor and vendor details. As your date gets closer, we will reach out to schedule your final planning meeting together and final venue site visit. Then we take it from there and bring the whole thing home!

    Every single time I talk about how perfect my husband's and my wedding day was, I always say that it was 100% because of the incredible wedding planner we worked with. Amber and Pineapple Punch Events helped plan our October 12, 2024 wedding and we couldn't have asked for a better team. Amber is organized, professional, encouraging, and so so fun! She was the first team member we asked to join us on the journey of planning our wedding a whole two years before our date! She made the process so incredibly seamless that my entire wedding party commented on how 'not stressed' I was on our day. Every detail was covered, every meeting we had tackled another aspect of our wedding process, and Dale and I just had to show up and explain what we wanted and like a magical fairy godmother, Amber just helped us accomplish it. From vendor recommendations, to timelines, to staying on top of communications, it really was just kind of easy! The hardest part of the entire process was just making the decisions, which my husband will tell you is a struggle for me, if deciding what to have for dinner any night is an indication. I couldn't recommend Amber and her team more highly. She became such an amazing friend, confidant, and partner throughout our wedding and I'm sure we will continue to catch up for many years in the future!

    There are not enough words to express how awesome Amber and her team were not only on our wedding day but leading up to it as well. She is incredibly fast in her response times to emails and texts. She was so supportive through all the stress in planning and helping us narrow down ideas and work in personal touches. She touched base with us so frequently and did pretty much all the behind the scenes communication with all our vendors. Her kindness and genuine care made us feel so special and important on our wedding day. She was so on top of everything that I know the day couldn’t have happened without her!! The day of the wedding she kept our timeline running smoothly and was so good about making all the moments that were important to us happen! I had several friends and family as well as other vendors tell us how amazing she and her assistant, Marah, were. I would work with them again in a heartbeat!!!
