“I cannot say enough good things about Maggie as a wedding planner and person. We hired Maggie to plan our wedding from start to finish and it was the best decision we made. To offer context, we tasked Maggie with taking an old, rather outdated country club, and asked her to transform the venue all while managing accommodations for over 260 people. Additionally, the country club was a complete blank canvas which required us to bring in vendors for every single detail. Not only did Maggie handpick top-notch vendors and successfully manage them all, but she did so with the most calm and pleasant demeanor. The country club manager said that out of the many wedding planners he has worked with over the years, Maggie is by far the best because she was enjoyable to work with and incredibly good at her job. We couldn't agree more. My entire family is thankful for Maggie and what she did for us. I hired them In February for my wedding that was September 28th and it was honestly the best decision I have ever made. They did way more than just helping the day before and day of my wedding. They contacted vendors for me, they set up my timeline for my wedding day, ran the rehearsal the night before and made sure everything ran smoothly. They had extra decorations that we used at my reception and I forgot to buy table numbers and they had them! They went out and even bought some extra decorations and made me a bouquet for my bouquet toss. If you are thinking about hiring them I would highly recommend it and you will not regret it! “Erin and her team did a fantastic job with our Indian American wedding over Memorial Day weekend 2024 in Kingston, NY. Throughout a 1.5 year long wedding planning process, Erin was diligent, patient, encouraging, collaborative, detail-oriented, responsive, and 100% focused on what we as a couple wanted. Erin clearly brought many years of event and wedding planning experience to the table -- she balanced guiding us with best practices while also really listening to what we wanted. And, from our first meeting, we knew we could trust her completely, which allowed us to delegate responsibility to her and take things off of our plate. There were so many details and "event planning magic" tasks that Erin just knew to plan for and executed on. She and her staff also went above and beyond over the course of the weekend itself, handling countless things so that we could enjoy our wedding fully. This was her first wedding at our venue (which she found for us!), and she made it a point to build relationships with venue staff and to look around corners for potential issues that could crop up. She also did an excellent job managing and following up with all of our vendors, designing and iterating on floor plans, providing us with a timeline and checklist of decisions to be made, all while being cheerful and positive throughout. Our wedding was logistically fairly complex, and she was the reason it was all able to happen. Lastly, we were consistently impressed by her deep knowledge of Indian wedding customs and traditions, despite not being of South Asian descent herself. Erin has very clearly made planning weddings her life's work, and she excels at it! We could not recommend her more!”
