Our newly expanded Banquet Hall, which is located beneath the Entertainment Lodge, is a space-only venue, and all catering and entertainment are booked by you. We provide 8' rectangle tables and white resin chairs. The river frontage ceremony site is situated along the riverbank with a log trestle that you may decorate as you wish.

Callicoon Hills is best suited for an entire weekend of wedding events. Greet your guests with an early evening cocktail and rehearsal reception on our porch overlooking activities on the lawn. Catch up over coffee or a morning mimosa. Experience nearby recreation, small towns, or just relax. Spend your evenings in the bar or by the fire pits. Then plan your Ceremony and Reception by making the Barn your own. Before you leave, spend the day by the pool to top off an unforgettable weekend. We typically host Barn events May thru October for up to 200 guests, although more may be accommodated with flexible seating arrangements. Our banquet room can hold up to 100 guests for a seated event all year round.

Created by pioneering artist and professor Harvey Fite, Opus 40 is a world-famous sculpture park and museum with nearly 60 acres of meadows, forested paths and bluestone quarries — including 6.5 acres of earthwork sculpture — in the heart of the Hudson Valley. The Edison Downtown is a brand new wedding and event venue in downtown Schenectady and established in 2021. The venue is exclusively catered and owned by Seasons Catering where they are excited to begin hosting events. This venue holds the history from when Thomas Edison came to Schenectady to start up Edison Machine Works and when he combined it into the Edison General Electric company in 1889. After - the building transformed into the Schenectady Gazette headquarters. In our renovations - we have kept the history and charm of the building with the original printing press from 1894 and our exposed brick interior.
