The Old Scott Barn truly is a venue like no other! Although the 1800s barn is fully restored, we made every effort to keep the original dairy barn features intact. The upstairs hay loft has a spectacular view of Signal Mountain which you will enjoy as you dance on the new wood floors beneath the old hay trolley above you. When you descend the wrap around stair case and enter the old milking parlor downstairs, you will see a stunning 30 foot live edge wood bar and new 20" wide pine flooring nestled in among the old cow stanchions and milking hardware. It is a unique Vermont experience and the perfect setting for your special party. The downstairs is fully winterized and available for small winter weddings and parties.

The only wedding venue at a private airport in Maine! Airport 63B, locally known as Limington Harmon Airport, allows you or your guests privately fly in, and soar in the sky. We host a variety of small events any time of day; including birthdays, showers, private events, receptions, etc. We have a luxurious long wood bar, and custom booth seating inside with two bathrooms. Color theme is maroun and wooden. The outdoors offers a patio to watch the sunset, and planes. The Barn was originally built in the year 1830 in Oxford, Maine, and used to be a dairy farm and apple orchard owned by the Pratt family. In 2015, it was transformed into an idyllic wedding & special event venue. The 1830 Wedding Barn is a classic, New England gem set back off of Route 26, surrounded by Maine farmland. Inside of the barn you will see impressive hand hewn beams, original wooden floors and walls, and repurposed original antiques like the hanging apple orchard ladders, hay-claw chandelier, and the Hebron Academy milk cooler. The barn’s historic quality creates a unique experience for guests to celebrate any event. Outside of the barn you will see rolling hills, fields stretching to the edge of the woods, trees from the original apple orchard (which we still bake pies from!), and sunsets fading to the western side of the property. Guests are welcome to enjoy and explore the outside areas of the existing apple orchard and surrounding grounds.

1785 Inn, is a historic, classic country inn nestled in the White Mountains of New Hampshire. Formerly operated as both B&B and Fine Dining Restaurant. Our barn uses centuries - old techniques and traditions of joining heavy timber frames with a mortise and tenon method, supported by wooden pegs and brackets. Using local woodworkers and craftsman bring the true Maine experience to our barn. While building an old style building and incorporating all of today's amenities, such as temperature controlled environment, lighting, plumbing and plenty of parking it makes the perfect place for your venue.

Autumn Lane Estate is a special place to us and a property that has been in the family since the area was settled. We purchased it 3 years ago and designed this venue while preparing for our own wedding!
