Nicole is clearly passionate about building her wedding planning business, which if you hire her, you’ll quickly realize. She makes the time for you, is super attentive, has an eye for detail and keeps a level head while navigating the real-time happenings and changes that come with any event. Even though we only hired Nicole as a day-of coordinator, she went above and beyond in helping in so many other ways in the lead up to our wedding day. We were pretty hands on in our planning, but Nicole always made thoughtful suggestions to help us push things along and fill in the gaps we were missing. She guided us on a work-back timeline and stayed in contact with us throughout all of the planning. She built out our day of timeline, which helped us fill in the gaps that we were forgetting/missing. If we could rewind, we would have chosen a full-on coordinator for all the planning and logistics vs just a day-of coordinator after experiencing how helpful Nicole was. It’s worth mentioning that Nicole had minor hand surgery in the months prior to our wedding, and even though she was healed up the day-of, she made sure nothing could possibly go wrong by enlisting her super kind husband to come along for the day to help out with setting up, which was above and beyond what we had signed up for. So you can feel confident that Nicole will deliver for you regardless of the situation! Another way Nicole went above and beyond… we were hoping to have candle holders for our reception tables. We were hesitant to purchase some ourselves due to the price and knowing we’d only use them one day, but Nicole offered up her own candle holders she had on hand, so we could have the vibe we envisioned. It’s that level of kindness and thoughtfulness that really makes a difference in the experience and we cannot thank her enough for everything she did. If you’re looking for a wedding coordinator, look no further than Nicole. Her wedding business is flourishing and we’re so happy to have worked with her!

I first heard about Abibi Bridal when I was assisting my best friend CakedbyMel assemble a wedding cake in New Hampshire in September 2023. Mind you, I was visiting my best friend in Boston for the weekend because it was her birthday. I live in New York, so I took a flight to Boston to spend time with her. My friend was hired to construct the wedding cake by Abibi Bridal because Abibi Bridal was booked as the wedding planner for the wedding. I was observing how Abbe was working with the vendors and the wedding party, and I was instantly impressed. I walked up to Abbe and told her; I am getting married next year, and I am going to book you to plan my wedding. Abbe said of course! I set up my consultation with Abbe and I booked her for her wedding coordination services immediately. I just knew Abbe and her team would execute. From when I booked Abibi Bridal at the beginning of October 2023, up until the day of the wedding, April 25, 2024, Abbe has been a blessing when it came to planning my wedding. Even though she was booked for wedding coordination, Abbe was so helpful, knowledgeable, patient, kind, and just overall amazing throughout the entire process. She knew exactly what vendors would work great with the vision I had. Abbe knows all the best vendors and has great relationships with so many amazing vendors, that you know the vendors will execute not only because they are dedicated to their craft, because of their relationship with Abbe and Abibi Bridal. Now let’s fast forward to the day before the wedding, Abbe and her team came down from Boston, and from the moment Abbe and her team arrived until the end of the wedding the following day, Abbe and her team were all hands on deck! When I say the level of professionalism Abbe and her team had is unmatched compared to other wedding planning teams I heard about. She was a shield from all the stress, questions, unsolicited advice, and energy that was heading my way. Words honestly cannot describe what Abbe and her team did for my wedding. She made everything so seamless and special. My advice to every upcoming bride is to book a wedding planner or wedding coordination because it will make the wedding planning process go so smoothly. Booking Cassie to be my wedding coordinator three months out to my wedding day was the best decision I made in the wedding planning process! I really thought I did not want or need a planner/coordinator, but having Cassie there really allowed me to enjoy my wedding. Cassie was diligent, organized, responsive, and patient. Cassie was so on top of every detail and knew all my vendors’ contracts inside and out! I had done lots of research online to make sure I knew every detail going into the wedding planning process, but there were some things I would not have known and Cassie was able to guide me through. For example, one of my vendors insisted an additional hour of rental time needed to be added to the wedding day (that would have cost me hundreds of dollars) and Cassie advocated for me, citing their contract, that it was not necessary. Cassie was also available to help make decisions regarding decor, helping me decide on pieces that best suited and enhanced the venue. I explained my vision of romantic candles everywhere throughout the event. Cassie and I worked together to shape where everything would go to create the seamless look. Cassie (and her assistant Cammie) made everything look stunning on the wedding day - and expertly packed up everything at the end of the night for us. I thought I could have my sister or family friend be in charge of so many of these tasks, but it was *so nice* delegating this out to a professional so that everyone could enjoy the day. Working with Marissa and her team at MB Events, was by far the best decision my husband and I could have made during our wedding planning process. Marissa truly goes above and beyond for her clients, and her passion for her work is apparent from start to finish. My husband and I chose a venue where every aspect of our wedding needed to be coordinated with third-party vendors (string quartet, DJ, catering (incl. table, chairs, linens), set up, breakdown, etc). When we realized how much we underestimated the time and coordination needed to plan such an important event, we knew we needed help. Enter: MB Events. From the start, Marissa kept my husband and I organized throughout the entire wedding planning process, ensuring our vision for the day came to fruition, and truly made our wedding day better than we had ever expected. We planned an outdoor wedding, and inevitably it was supposed to pour (thunder, lightning, flood, tornado warnings), and Marissa and her team worked from sunup to sundown to ensure that our day was exactly as we had imagined, rain or shine. Marissa was an advocate for my husband and I when difficult day-of -decisions needed to be made in relation to the rain, which allowed us to just “focus and take in the moment” which we are extremely grateful for. With some last minute timeline adjustments by Marissa, we were able to have the outdoor ceremony of our dreams. This would not have happened without the expertise and dedication of Marissa and her team. Multiple times throughout the wedding planning process I told my husband that Marissa seems to be the only vendor we chose that is actually “on our side.” We struggled with the organization and responses of other vendors, especially as the wedding season was in full swing, but Marissa never missed a moment. She was professional, quick to respond, and extremely reliable. I know that there are many options when choosing a wedding planner, but I can honestly say, I believe Marissa and her team to be the best there is. Personally, the only downside I’ve found about working with Marissa has been the end of it all… because it feels kind of like I don’t have my best friend around anymore!

Erika was our day of coordinator! She was absolutely amazing from the start I met her through referrals on FB, to the meet up to go over all the details, to the venue visit, to the rehearsal dinner, and finally the wedding day! She jumped into action right away and was always so joyful and happy to be around-which is the type of person you want to work with! She set up the entire barn while everyone was getting ready. We didn’t have to do one thing besides hand over all the decor we wanted in the barn. It made the morning less stressful knowing we had here setting up! She’s amazing! How can I even put into words how absolutely incredible Kay and her team are?! My wife and I booked a power planning session with Kay in December 2020, shortly after getting engaged. From just that two hour meeting, we learned more about our budget, priorities, and expectations than we had from years of dreaming of our wedding. Kay was so confident and generous in her knowledge, we clicked immediately and as soon as the call ended, we looked and each other and said: "We HAVE to hire her to plan our wedding." As soon we officially booked with Kay, we jumped into regular meetings, endless email advice, vendor recommendations- the works! She also took over all communication and confirmations the month of our wedding which was an absolute lifesaver. Planning our wedding alongside Kay are memories we will cherish always. She is as kind and easy to work alongside as she is professional and precise. Her attention to detail and dedication to our wedding vision remained steadfast throughout the 15 months of planning. She answered every question, solved every problem, and anticipated every need with what seemed like effortless ease. As for the wedding day, her and her team were invaluable assets. My wife and I did not have to worry about a SINGLE detail all day, because we knew KNE had it all covered. She wore about a million hats that day, from designer to therapist to organizer to dress steamer to I'm sure a million other things we weren't privy to because keeping our energy light and happy was her biggest priority. I could go on forever. My biggest message that I hope is taken away from this review is that wedding planners are not only for the "rich and famous" as the media likes to make it seem. Wedding planners, specifically KNE is an unbelievable investment in your time, happiness, mental load, and more. Hiring KNE was the smartest decision we made and at least twice a week we found ourselves saying, "God, what would we do without Kay?!"
