Beautiful & Timeless Events was created after working in the hospitality industry for 10+ years. We have planned all different events ranging from birthdays, to showers, to reunions, to weddings, to holiday parties, and more. Our vision is your style and our goal is to turn those small moments into everlasting memories!
Every client's needs are important to us that's why we offer packages from day-of needs to the full planning experience. We are happy to work with you at any level to ensure all your details are taken care of. We also have a small inventory of rental items for our clients! We help your vision come to life.

Saved the day
From the moment we booked Beautiful & Timeless Events for our wedding, Britney's communication was quick and helpful. Despite having a newborn at home, she was always extremely fast in getting back to me about anything I needed. Britney definitely knows what she's doing - the coordinator provided by my venue was horrible, but she saved the day. She helped organize my timeline, communicated with the other vendors, and knew what questions to ask. Britney also took control when my venue's coordinator couldn't even get the wedding party's attention at rehearsal. She showed up early and was there for anything I needed. I can't imagine how the day would have gone without her expertise and guidance.
The Best Experience!
Britny is amazing and made my life as a bride easy. First, despite having just had a baby, she was always available to chat through final wedding planning details. She helped me so much in the months leading up to the wedding. During the week/weekend of the wedding, she did EVERYTHING, so that I truly got to enjoy myself before the big day. On the day of the wedding, I was completely stress free because I knew Britny had everything under control. She set up and helped run our entire Friday rehearsal/welcome party, and then Saturday was super organized to make sure we were all on time. She also decorated the tent beautifully. A lot of the ideas for decoration came from her in the months before, and it truly exceeded my expectations. We got so many compliments about our wedding - the beauty of it, the timing/flow, no one ever waiting on a drink, etc. - and this was all thanks to Britny!

Britny was a pleasure to work with! Wedding planning can be so stressful and she made it 100% better. Plus she’s super fun to work with!! She was always checking in during the planning phase and on the day of I probably would not have survived without her. She made sure every single detail was just how we wanted it without me or my husband having to lift a finger. I would recommend her over and over again.
