At the turn of the century the company faced a crisis: the site of their mill would be flooded to form the Wachusett Reservoir. Instead of abandoning the mill, the company dismantled it brick by brick and shipped it to its new home in Easthampton, where it was rebuilt on the banks of the Lower Mill Pond. Now, a century later, The Boylston Rooms retains the integrity of the 1814 original mill in every brick and beam. Our rental includes planners and decor at no added cost. We have two banquet rooms. The larger of the two, the Berkshire room, has a capacity of 100-350 (minimum of 150 on a Saturday and 100 on any other day of the week). The smaller of the two, the Westfield room, has a capacity of 50-150 people (minimum of 100 people on a Saturday and 50 any other day of the week). We also have a beautiful outdoor ceremony space with the option to host an inside ceremony as well.

Country Club of Greenfield was established in 1896. It is one of the finest, and oldest, golf courses in New England. On October 22, 2011 the former clubhouse was destroyed in an unfortunate fire. The restaurant is managed by Abaz Cecunjanin and his two brothers, Ermin and Erdin Cecunjanin, who also serve as executive chefs. Stonehouse, with its arched windows, and open porches, would serve as a picturesque backdrop for any function. We have a luxurious indoor space that accommodates 70 guests. A popular wedding venue, the farm is surrounded by four authentically-restored historic year-round vacation rental properties accommodating up to 22 guests—one of which is Rudyard Kipling’s Naulakha where he penned the Jungle Book. The Stone Trust Education Center, located in the 1862 Barn, showcases beautiful, unique dry-stone wall installations around the property. The Apple Barn accommodates up to 120 guests, has a commercial kitchen, three restrooms, one is wheelchair accessible. Overlooking the farm and mountains, a delightful spot for special occasions, rehearsal dinners, and wedding receptions. Exchange vows in the Courtyard or by a pond overlooking the apple orchard and stonewalls.

New Park offers two amazing spaces that are unparalleled in the CT area. Fondly named The Barrel Room and The Green Room, they have been lovingly restored and offer vaulted ceilings, beautiful polished concrete floors, gorgeous wood bars, and an industrial but rustic vibe. Our smaller room, The Barrel Room features views into our brew house and barrel aging vault with a seated capacity of 76. Our newer and larger space, The Green Room, features views into our Patty's pizza kitchen and has a seated capacity of 132.
