For over a century, Cairnwood has been hosting wedding receptions within its halls. The tradition began with John and Gertrude Pitcairn opening their home for a marriage celebration in 1896. Today, the Estate is available for sit-down dinners with 200 guests or an opulent stations-style event for up to 275. The graciousness of the Estate provides a setting that departs from the ordinary with endless indoor and outdoor possibilities. Philly's hidden gem - the ASHM offers a unique and beautiful setting for events. The Museum has indoor and outdoor space that can accommodate up to 230 guests, in addition to easy access and free parking. We work with our exclusive caterer, JAM Catering. They make delicious, delightful food entirely by hand and serve your guests with heartfelt hospitality.

The oldest botanical garden in the country provides intimate natural settings for an outdoor ceremony, transitional spaces for cocktails and lawn games. The new Eastwick Pavilion is customizable, with a covered porch and a Love Park granite patio to entertain up to 300 guests. The Duke Sculpture Garden at the Dixon Mansion in Wallingford is housed on a 100-year-old estate. The most striking features of the four-acre landscaped grounds are Rapunzel stone tower and the Main Building, built in 1889. A newer 3,100 square-foot gallery has been added to the Main Building which is air-conditioned and handicapped accessible for your reception. Our 19th-century ballroom would be available as the perfect ceremony "B" plan. The Gallery features oak floors, soaring exposed rustic beam construction and beautiful lighting.
