Drumore Mill is a different world. It is nestled in a corner of the most rustic township in Amish Lancaster County, Pennsylvania. The mill was built in 1752 as a sawmill and a grist mill. It sits in a hollow with 30 acres of tall cliffs and old trees to provide privacy, warmth, and natural beauties. There is a pristine creek that meanders through the property. The Fishing Creek supports native trout and other rare small fishes. The waterfall is adjacent to the buildings. There is a hiking trail within the property. There is wetland and much more. The NSCDA/PA owns its Headquarters House located at 1630 Latimer Street in Philadelphia. Built by and for the Dames under the leadership of Mrs. James Starr, Jr., the house has served as the Dames home since its completion in 1923. The building was designed by the Philadelphia Architectural firm Ritter and Shay. Marion Coffin, one of the first female landscape architects, was instrumental in desgining the garden which is a four seasons delight to all who use the house. Headquarters is the setting for Philadelphia Stated Meetings, the meetings of the Board of Managers and its Committees, and for the Society's Annual meeting. The archives of the Society, including lineage papers of our members, both living and deceased, are housed here as well. Arch Street Meeting House is a historic wedding venue located in Old City Philadelphia. The land on which Arch Street Meeting House stands was officially deeded to the Quakers in 1701 and used as a burial ground until 1872. The building was constructed in stages from 1803-1811 when need arose of a larger Meeting House in Philadelphia. The site is still an active place of worship in addition to being used as an educational museum space, and was designated a National Historic Landmark in 2011. It is frequently rented for conferences, weddings, dinners, and graduations. The building sits on just shy of 2 acres, and our grounds include both grassy & brick spaces and lots of mature trees. The entire site exudes an overall historic charm.

Cicala at the Divine Lorraine is a gorgeous fine dining Italian restaurant located in the historic Hotel Divine Lorraine on North Broad Street. Wedding ceremonies can be held on the outdoor patio, under the chandeliers of the main dining room, or in the adjacent historic hotel lobby. Our dining room is perfect for seated and standing style weddings receptions, brunches, or rehearsal dinners. Move the party to our sister pizzeria, Sorellina, to dance the night way in a more casual setting around our signature circular bar and late night Neapolitan pizza. If you are seeking an exquisite garden setting you’ve arrived at the right place! There are 3 components to the rental of Appleford: you have the use of the inside of the estate, use of the tented terrace, and access to the gardens. Your wedding can take place both inside and outside of the house, with the seating for your reception taking place under the tented terrace overlooking the gardens. You and your guests are welcome to roam the gardens and take pictures in the alee of trees, boxwoods, roses garden, walled garden, and private medallion garden. A pond, small waterfall, and landscaped entrance in front of the home is the ideal setting for your onsite ceremony. Appleford works with 8 exclusive caterers and is BYOB. Clients are welcome to select a florist, photographer, videographer, and other vendors.
